春節住在了維也納沙溪古鎮店，真是是超乎想象的好，酒店非常乾淨，前台工作人員禮貌又熱情，我們都是玩一天很晚回來入住，每次工作人員都非常有耐心，因為在蘇州杭州附近玩，返回沙溪就住到這裏，看了幾家店還是覺得他們家最具性價比，下雨很冷的那兩天，房間也特別暖和，空調非常給力，房間也確實非常乾淨，孩子們也都非常喜歡

衞生差評:進門拿拖鞋就看到有紙帶落在上面，喝水看到有一根遺留的牙簽
環境差評：窗户不隔音，還漏風。晚上路邊很吵
服務差評：説了要靠小區的房間，前台衹會説“沒有了 沒有了”，就沒別的話了悶在那兒，也不知道問客人靠窗但送早餐行不行之類的溝通方案
設備差評：213房間的小愛音箱無法控制空調窗簾電視和燈光。

酒店很新開業沒多久應該，環境也不錯。設施很新，但是細節上有待加強，上一個客人喝的飲料瓶打掃的時候居然也沒收走，衞浴下水堵的很嚴重，下水很慢，最後衹能自己徒手解決。

酒店是新開業的，設施都是新的，運用了高科技小杜，比較乾淨，離老街也不是很遠，走過去10分鐘吧，就是我們是大年夜入住的，然後年初一沒有早飯，因為酒店工作人員回老家過年了，衹有麪包和牛奶，也可以理解吧！
