There is no room service, but you can buy something at the reception. The room is neat and tidy, the view from the room on the eighth floor is beautiful, but my only complaint is the air conditioner, I don’t know if it’s broken or I really can’t control the temperature, but the only available temperature is too cold

O hotel, por ser em Taguatinga, é bem localizado. O que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o modelo de ar-condicionado escolhido para o quarto, já que se tratava de um modelo piso teto. Ou seja, fazia um barulho incômodo dentro do quarto, além de seus direcionadores de ventos estarem quebrados e parecia que ele não tinha recebido uma boa manutenção há um tempo, pois o ar saída com um mal cheiro. Apesar desse incômodo, consegui com minha esposa dormir no quarto. A televisão também não estava conectada ao cabo. Ao relatar o problema à recepção, prontamente o técnico veio e trocou o aparelho. Em contrapartida, o café da manhã estava muito bem servido, com pessoas muito gentis atendendo neste ambiente. O estacionamento interno estava bem organizado e não tive problemas em ingressar e sair da garagem. Pelo custo-benefício, foi muito boa a hospedagem.

No quarto que fiquei apto 108 estava com lâmpadas queimadas no quarto, ar condicioando não regulava a temperatura, e no banheiro o chuveirinho do vaso estava vazando.

A estadia foi muito boa. O atendimento foi 10, mas o que deixou um pouco a desejar foi a cama e os travesseiros. Os cobertores usados, tanto na cama, quanto no travesseiro eram ruins, bem duros por sinal.
