The Emisia was clean and beautifully decorated for the holiday. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Great value for the money.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 6-minute walk from the JR station via the skybridge on the second floor, and along the way you can find Wendy's Burgers, Sushiro, gacha machines, yodobashi and Daiso. Donki is just across the street, and Takashimaya is a 5-minute walk away. Showa Park is also a short walk from there. The room, though small, was fully equipped. Amenities included a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, hair tie, and cotton swabs. The mini-fridge had drip coffee and tea bags on top, and there were plenty of charging outlets. Ice and a microwave were available on the fifth floor. I checked in early November, and although it might have been the off-season, both nights were very quiet.

Everything was great, except for the bed. It wasn't just firm (which I like), it was hard. The breakfast was great, the staff were great, and everything was clean.

This hotel is quite near the train station.. there are alot of shops and food choices around the hotel.. staff is very friendly..

I was in town for a show, and this hotel is really close to Tachikawa Stage Garden. It's super clean, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze.

I love the hotel very much. All the front desk staff are excellent. Good English and very helpful. Hope the owner of the hotel could encourage the staff and cleaning ladies by rewards. They are the best! Stay from 1/10-20!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Emisia. The location is super convenient. Very close to Tachikawa Station, with Lawson and 7-Eleven right next door, and Donki just across the street. Finding food around the area was also very easy. Such a strategic spot! The room was comfortable and quite spacious by Tokyo standards. The bed was cozy and everything was clean. Overall, a great stay. All the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. I accidentally broke a wheel on a chair and reported it, but they kindly reassured me saying “daijoubu, daijoubu.” So sweet 🥹 Amenities were also complete. Highly recommended!

My friends and I recently visited Tokyo and had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at Hotel Emisia Tokyo Tachikawa! The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a five-minute walk from Tachikawa Station. There are countless restaurants and shopping malls nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. During this trip, I also visited Sanrio Puroland and Showa Memorial Park. The hotel's close proximity to both attractions made it perfect for quick, hassle-free visits. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and check-in was very swift. Our room was spotlessly clean, neatly arranged, and felt very cozy. The comfortable bedding ensured we had a great night's sleep. The availability of self-check-in and check-out is a huge plus, especially for travelers on a tight schedule. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive, offering free high-speed Wi-Fi, along with convenient coin-operated laundry machines and microwave ovens. We also enjoyed breakfast on the top floor, which offered a wide variety of dishes made with fresh ingredients. It truly rounded out the experience perfectly. Next time I visit Tokyo, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Every thing was really nice , I didn’t apply for the breakfast, so I can’t tell about it , but if I have a chance to visit this town in the future again, I will definitely chose here again and try their breakfast ❣️

I refused, as I believe good service should accommodate guests when possible. If early check-in is to be charged then I should be refunded for check out early at 7am - or an offer of a partial refund? While waiting in the lobby, I asked for a phone charging point and was told none were available — a basic amenity that most hotels provide. The room was very small for the price charged, and breakfast wasn’t included. On top of that, the hotel only offers self check-in, meaning there’s no staff interaction or support. It felt more like a vending machine than a hospitality experience. Overall, I found the stay lacking in comfort, service, and value. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re looking for a bare-bones, no-frills place to sleep.

Services are perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk. The room although a bit small, basic but still comfortable. Very convenient location from Tachikawa JR Station. Many choices on different kinds of restaurants, shopping malls. Showa Kinen Park is definitely must visit, very close to the hotel with around 20mins walk. Will definitely stay again in the future!!
