What a great hotel! All workers are so helpful and supportive. You wouldn’t believe it’s a 4 star hotel. Definitely, I will recommend it for Tabuk what ever your visit reason is. I have only one issue regarding cleaning the room. I guess it can be better and can be improved.

I spent two nights in this hotel in March 2022. As the air extraction in the bath roo does not zork, the smell, when you enter in the room, is very bad. As someone smoked in it. My tzo colleagues, in different rooms, cofnirm the same feeling. WHen you arrive the second night, the room has not been cleaned ” due to COVID” told us the reception. And zhen you want to pay the bill, you pay extra fees for an expresso coffee taken at breakfast (machine was there, why should we pay extra fees?) and extra fees because you drinked your coffee in the Lobby?!?! And taxes above. As it took a long time for the bill, and ze had a plane to take, we did not have time to discuss. Globally, the price seems expensive for the quality!
