We loved our stay at this small and friendly hotel which far exceeded our expectations. Lucky enough to be allocated one of the largest, dual aspect, two balcony rooms we really appreciated our pool and sea view. It was so relaxing sitting out reading and having a drink. The room was spotlessly clean, as was the whole hotel. The cleaning staff do a wonderful job. The pool is lovely and we enjoyed chilling out in peace and quiet as the hotel wasn't full for our late September stay. The bar area and terrace looks recently revamped and is a lovely place for breakfast and evening meal. We found the food to be of a high standard and my vegetarian needs were well catered for, lots of tasty salads. One evening the chef was kind enough to make a delicious vegetable risotto exclusively for me as I didn't fancy the omelette option that night. Going above and beyond! The hotel is perfectly located close to several sandy beaches and the pretty marina. The main street is also close by and there are supermarkets within easy reach on foot. We took the bus to Nessebar Old Town which is a must see and we spent a fantastic day there, exploring the old streets and buildings. In fact, we had a cracking view of Nessebar from our balcony! We met some friendly guests whilst there and swapped local tips. Everyone we spoke to loved the hotel and felt they had chosen well. The icing on the cake was the last day when our host kindly agreed to let us keep our room free of charge until our airport bus picked us up at 5pm. This was a brilliant bonus allowing us to fully enjoy our last day, have showers, get changed and pack last minute. We missed having a kettle in the room, but that's a small point considering how fantastic everything else was. Highly recommended if you want a smaller, quieter hotel situated away from the madness of Sunny Beach but still within reach by bus if required. We don't do repeat visits as there's so much of the world to discover but if we did, we would! Thanks to everyone at the hotel, keep doing what you do!

Thank you to owner Tony and staff for a lovely week in your hotel. Having experienced the manic Sunny Beach area during the day/evening, it was great to leave it behind and fall asleep in the quiet St. Vlas area. A modernised bedroom, with free aircon, colour TV with BBC, and travel/nature progs to watch, lovely sized bathroom with large shower. Large balcony with table & chairs. The food display was 'different' to most hotels....it was on plates (rather than tureens) and you took what you wanted from each plate. Somtimes the plates emptied quickly but the staff always replenished them. There was a good selection of mainly salad fare, with the main course to be ordered...it cuts down on waste food. The bar is well stocked and the prices were very good; £4.56 for a bottle of Bulgarian beer and a large glass of Rose. This is a hotel for the 'quieter' sort of holiday maker. It wouldn't appeal to 'headbangers'. An extra bonus was all the staff speak perfect English and the music around the pool etc was ALL british 'pop', from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s etc. Yes, we would come back.

I travelled alone for this holiday and certainly didn't feel alone! The hotel is immaculate throughout and the staff are wonderful, a small family run hotel. Views to die for on the top floor. The food was plentiful and the drinks even more so! Tony the owner goes above and beyond for every guest there, the serving staff are also delightful. I have never stayed at a hotel of this standard before and felt so welcome. Beach on the doorstep and shops nearby. I met so many new friends and I laughed until I cried. This place is special as are the people. It's a relaxing holiday and panorama delivers that. I even personally sent a thank you message for a wonderful week because these people deserve all of the praise for providing a special service and hotel. Faultless in my opinion. St. Vlas marina is stunning. Only complaint is 7 days is not long enough. Thanks Panorama for wonderful time.

Me and my family spent two weeks at the Hotel Panorama and couldn't fault it. The whole hotel was spotless and cleaned regularly, as was our room. The decor in our room was admittedly, a bit dated and the furniture had seen better days but everything worked and served it's purpose. Towels were replaced when required and bedding was changed twice weekly. The pool was also clean and well maintained and it was a nice chilled and relaxing space with plentiful loungers to relax on. The children's play area next to the pool is a nice addition too. Just off from the pool was the bar/restaurant and outdoor seating area. This area looked like it had recently been refurbished and it looked very nice for it too. Plenty of choice at the bar for drinks and ice creams are available, and the prices are quite reasonable. The food was on offer for breakfast and dinner with the half board package was nice with plenty of choice and a lunch menu was also available made to order and again, very reasonably priced. The location was good when considering how spaced out Sveti Vlas is. A quick two minute walk and you are at the beach, the marina is a steady five minute walk and the town centre was back up the hill, no more than a 10 minute walk. Also within two minutes walk from the hotel are grocery stores, fast food restaurants and a pharmacy. The owners and all the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The only downside to the hotel (in my personal opinion) is the town of Sveti Vlas itself which doesn't seem to have much flow to it and has been poorly designed. Also the streets around the hotel were littered with dog poo and the roads can be dangerous with some very questionable and at times reckless driving standards so please bear this in mind if you're planning to visit Sveti Vlas as these, and other issues have stopped me wanting to return to this wonderful hotel.

I love this hotel ! Ran by very friendly staff nothing is too much of a problem. Kind and cueteous . Extremely clean everywhere you go. Reception spotless. Infact everywhere spotless.Rooms cleaned daily . Beautiful terraced area where you can eat or enjoy a drink with a view of the pool and the park. Highchairs available The pool area is always clean tidy and full of sun loungers parasols and side tables all clean and in working order . The pool has a shower at the side and also a very modern colourful children's playback which looks brand new which the kids loved. The menu for breakfast consists of meat cheese cucumbers olives and tomatoes , toast , bread , condiments , eggs /omelette pancakes , eggy bread , fruit Dinner consists of soup, a main course e.g shepheards pie or chicken fillet , pork , rice and veg , chips . Cheesecake, bulgarian pastries or icecream Drinks are available at an additional cost at all meals and in-between . Fanta bottles 4 lev at the time of writing . Icecreams, bottled water for the room to drink and extras available at a little shop nearby starting from about 3lev for icecreams. . . We wanted to go into sunny beach so the nice guy at reception organised us sylvetta her taxi at a very reasonable price (25 lev for 8 people) and we continued to use her . I would advise asking at reception instead of other taxis one tried to charge me 40 lev. Safe to say we didn't take up the offer. Beds are extremely comfortable the duvets are feather light but still a nice feel rather then a standard sheet at other hotels. Pillows are like floating on clouds. Air con in the room is working and effective. Had a lovely sleep !. Fridge in working order to store bottled water in. There is a TV but it was all bulgarian so didn't bother. Hot water not too hot so won't scald the kids. Good ! Balcony has table chairs and a washing line complete with pegs ! Very very happy with this holiday experience thank you to all you lovely people at panarama !

Just got back from a two weeks stay at the Panorama. I can't praise it enough. Spotlessly clean, brilliant staff and lovely food even though the four course breakfast took some getting used to. The two young girls in the bar /restaurant (Katya and Anastasia) were very pleasant and always there when you wanted something. The only downside to this holiday were the bus journeys to Sunny Beach and Nesebar. Far too many people are allowed on. Sunny Beach and Nesebar are definitely places to visit. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Sveti Vlas.

Rated as a 2* plus hotel, it exceeded our expectations. Hotel very clean & our room was very modern with plenty of storage space. Tony and all the staff were very helpful, a good location if you don't want to stay in sunny beach. Buses very busy but a cheap way of getting about only 3Lev to Nessebar. First visit to Bulgaria & We would definitely stay here again.
