I arrived in Suzhou from Shanghai after work. The hotel was very new. At night, a little brother received it. Everything was very fast. There is a small robot in the hotel to help deliver food. When checking out, the front desk lady Xiao Jiang is also very good. It is a memorable play experience to help us delay check-out until 2 o'clock for free.

It’s very intimate. The hotel lobby has an ancient town style and a good atmosphere. The guy at the front desk is all kind of handsome. After check-in, the guy escorted me to the room. In the process of delivering to the room, The little brother is very enthusiastic to introduce the basic facilities of the room. The room number is named after 24 solar terms. It is full of creativity. When entering the room, a cool air blows-cool. It seems that the air-conditioning is turned on in advance. The welcome fruit plate in the room is very delicate. There are also warm tips, bedside eye masks, make-up remover wipes, disinfection wipes, very intimate, you can see the operator’s intentions, the hotel’s courtyard is super beautiful, the Jiangnan is slightly smaller, it just rained, I regret not bringing it SLR, breakfast is a set meal, many varieties. The inadequacy: the protruding part of the sofa in front of the front desk is easy to knock your feet. There are many children in the resort, which is a great experience. The service is warm and highly recommended.

We had a fantastic and fabulous stay here. Elizabeth is such a hospitable host, and everyone is also very warm. We enjoyed the food, too (the fried dumplings, green fried rice, and the hongshaorou were our favorites!) We got the last room, a family suite, so it was really big for us. The museum is just next to the hotel, but the hotel itself felt like a museum--every tiny detail tells a story. The water town is walking distance from the hotel and relatively empty when we went. There's also a huge park great for running or a leisurely walk. Definitely will come back!
