超級棒的服務，工作人員都非常熱情熱心，有啥需要都能幫忙解決協調。能把服務做在客户前面，真的很難得。島上比較休閑，適合發呆不動腦！簡單的生活狀態…放鬆緊張的情緒！住島上是含來回船票的，歡迎水果和早餐也是送的。

看到網上有不好的評論，本人體驗下來很不錯哦，住的就是最便宜的那種房間，房間很大，還有個茶室…姚記飯店態度也很好，我們説想吃土雞，就聯繫我們可以去本地人開的農家樂！酒店晚上還贈送煙花哦，週末的話，房費確實有點高，不過去的人也是圖清凈吧

開開心心上島，傷心歸家！早上洗漱將紅寶石小花戒指放在牙刷杯上忘拿了，離店後致電酒店被告知阿姨打掃時，看到牙刷杯沒用過還特地換了套新杯子根本沒看見戒指（用了自帶的杯子所以沒有動過酒店倒放的牙刷杯，戒指隨手摘了放在牙刷杯的杯底上）衹能怪自己丟三落四吧，還有空調聲音很吵，睡覺衹能靠心靜自然涼

偶然間搜到的酒店，疫情放開了，準備離開上海跑一跑！但是不想太累，所以找到了這家酒店是在一個島上！需要坐船上去的，然後這個島真的是太美了！在潺潺的流水中還放了氣泡設備，這樣水上面會冒的氣泡非常有趣。島很舒服，充滿野趣，小樹和小單的服務很貼心。幫忙送我們到房間，調試温度。晚上叫我們出來放炮，還加了管家微信。酒店的設計我很喜歡！有品味！早餐是自助的，服務員的服務很到位。
好多年沒有放過煙花了，謝謝漫山島的幸福時光！

最差的，沒有之一！！硬件，管理都是一圖糊塗！房間隔音差的不能再差了，配套幾乎都沒有！住的地方都是異味。希望各位在這個地方沒有開發好之前儘量不要前往！感覺我是和父輩那樣去上山下鄉的！

住過最差的酒店，沒有服務，説是酒店但跟民俗比起來差遠了，冰箱是壞的，都要離店了才來修，電視也看不了，停水也不提前通知，阿姨來送水也不敲門直接開門就進，根本不值這個價錢，太差了

漫山島，沒有公路可以進島，車丟在了碼頭，換乘輪渡進來，微波之上，紅嘴鷗在盤旋飛舞。島上原生的居民大多已離島去了城裡，住進了鋼筋水泥。而我，正好相向而行，讀讀書、聽聽音樂，平靜之下還有一份美好的期待。在村裡晃悠的時候，有户堅守的島民，早上在湖裡釣了些小龍蝦，與之商量之後，答應燒一份給我，味道很好。早上睡到自然醒，晃晃悠悠去餐廳吃早餐，品種雖不似星級酒店繁多，但也足夠，我最鐘意的鹹肉青菜炒飯，連着兩天都吃了許多，碳水給了我很多快樂。晚上踱步到西碼頭，浩淼的太湖撲面而來，落日餘暉，美不勝收。

謝謝蘇州文旅-漫山島這兩天的安排，還幫我們升級到廬院，很愉快的假期。
但是想反應一下廬院房間的需要改善的地方：
1.淋浴間的水使用後會漏到外面的浴缸洗手枱及馬桶的地面，容易滑倒（即使有關上淋浴間門），容易打滑發生危險。
2.洗手枱的旋轉開關沒有鎖緊，使用時會掉下來。
3. 另外房間裏衹有茶杯，建議可以多備兩個玻璃杯及紅酒杯～畢竟杯子的成本不是很高，但是送起來不是太方便。
4. 浪漫布置特別用心，必須給你們的努力點贊👍🏻
另外島上的景點活動有兩個建議：
1. 貓咖啡裏面的貓咪受傷，建議把貓咪的身體照顧好～其實這兩天去喝咖啡，很多女客人及小童都特別喜歡那支貓咪🐱，也會近身貼近貓咪，既然是貓主題的咖啡，建議把這衹招財貓照顧好。
2. 户外露營負責燒烤的年輕小夥服務態度也很親切，下雨天了還主動提供我女朋友一件雨披，也很注意食材蓋上塑封膜防止蒼蠅～不過那裡蚊子太會咬人了，我女朋友被咬了二三十個包，建議主動提供防蚊液給客人使用。
一些中肯的島民建議，希望你們能越做越好，會有更多人喜歡島上的原生態及你們用心的服務😃
