離三塘街是真的近哈哈哈哈，過個斑馬線的事，晚上拉開窗簾就是三塘街夜景，江南水景，還能看到標誌建築大褲衩，簡直不要太美滋滋。不過景區附近估計客流量大，衞生和設施就感覺沒有其他希岸那麼好，整體瑕不掩瑜叭。

房間挺舒適的，還有藍牙音箱可以連接手機，躺在床上聽聽自己喜歡音樂，真的是相當的享受，隔音方面除了走道上的聲音會比較大，房間跟房間之間的隔音效果還是不錯的，就是鏡子對着床頭的設計不是很喜歡，

入駐西岸實在太驚喜了，才200左右的價格享受感覺似500元的住宿。因為提早定的所以被安排了一間大房還帶陽台！還有吊椅！就是想不到連淋浴衞浴都是在陽台的陽光房，有些風險😢房間很整潔，TIFFANY藍色特別清爽高雅，房內空調超足，贊😜離山塘景區走路約10分鐘，酒店轉角就有好幾家優質實惠餐廳。所以必須五星👍🏻

設施比較好，按鍵窗簾，調節式開關。訂的景觀房，有個陽台，雖然沒什麼東西，但是感覺不錯。缺點，進房有點刺鼻的味道，窗户是封閉的，但是陽台門為什麼要關着？熱水器沒熱水，開最大水都沒了。按鍵窗簾衹能兩層窗簾一起開關，白天就不好。價格跟茉莉花便宜不了多少，但是門面，房間配套設備就差很多。

非常好，第一次入住希岸酒店，看到網上評價不錯，就打算來體驗一下，果然不虛此行。前台小姐姐服務態度很好很熱情，很有耐心的傾聽我説訴求，必須點個贊，房間乾淨舒適，設施好，衞生好，隔音效果也不錯不影響睡眠，周圍都是景區，還有免費停車場，下次還會來的，值得推薦！

酒店是加盟店，差評差評差評，提醒有長者出行入住此酒店甚選，酒店衞生間台階高，浴室滲水很嚴重，由於地面積水，長者摔傷，可見外傷需要縫合三針，頭暈嘔吐，酒店無任何作為，即沒及時更換房間也無人文關懷，關於補償我們自己和攜程平台多次與酒店協商無果，類似黑店的做法，蠻橫無理，最後攜程平台出面解決！此次蘇州之行的最大敗筆選擇此無良酒店！

入住體驗很滿意，前台服務態度很好，大廳有免費的零食和礦泉水，房間裏面衞生好，設施齊全，離山塘街景區很近，就在酒店對面，環境好，挺不錯的，除了房間外酒店樓頂還有觀景平台，一覽蘇州全景，非常好
