The hotel is super conveniently located just outside the train station, on the right side of the north station square. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, as well as pick up spots for ride hailing right beside the hotel's entrance. The subway station is also just a minute's walk away. Apart from the friendly staff, our room was clean and had good facilities, including high speed wifi. The hotel even let us borrow a room to change into winter clothes before our train departure at night.

If you exit to Suzhou Railway station North square, turn right. You can see the hotel. Perfect location with warm welcome, nice service!
The building makes some noise, all the time, so that I woke up at dawn. Except this, everything is perfect.

The location is perfect because it's next to the station but my room smelled like smoke. I inquired about it and the cleaning lady assisted by speaying the room but that didn't last the smell still persisted. That was the only bad thing either than that it was decent enough for 2 nights

The beautiful lady at the front desk upgraded me to a double room. The room is very spacious. The subway and station are right next to the hotel. It is very convenient. The beautiful lady at the front desk also provides good service.

The room is large and the service from the lady at the front desk is very good. It is very convenient to be in the hotel as soon as you get out of the train station. The room also provides disposable face towels that can be used as bath towels or face towels, which is great
