I was upgraded to their suite which had a kitchenette, dining area, and living room. Great location!

The facilities is very modern, clean & easily access via public transport. Very close to the MRT station.

Hands down one of the best hotel I stayed at. The service was impeccable and it was all possible with excellent staff. Really appreciate the arrangements made for my anniversary!:)

Only stayed for one night but it was worth it. Conveniently located not far away from Eslite Book Store by Didi. It was .a .quick and easy check in. Everything is marked out in easy to read signs. My room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, it was easy to fall asleep. The breakfast was.scrumptious. Sorry no time to take photos this trip. When I want to return for more books at Eslite, I will probably stay here again. 😃😘

It was such a pleasant surprise to be upgraded to a suite! It was so spacious and beautiful. The location is great with many fast food outlets close by. The staff was friendly and efficient. The amenities were great, but the bathroom bags they provide only has a dental kit and comb… would’ve appreciated a vanity kit included, but other then was an amazing stay.

Jason, Colin and the whole staffing team were always warm and welcoming. They even brought me a cake to celebrate my birthday. I will definitely stay here again when I return.

Nice hotel but in bad location...nothing around the hotel and the restaurant and bar inside the hotel are all closed after 6pm..I like the washroom of this hotel very much.
Response from Property: Thank you for your feedback. Hilton Suzhou is ideally located in the CBD of Suzhou Industrial Park, close to Nanshi Street Station on Metro Line 1. Western restaurant and Chinese restaurant are all closed until 9.30pm. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope you will consider staying with us again.
