有點簡陋，畢竟價格便宜，老闆也很熱情，是滿意的，起碼屋內沒有異味，也不潮濕，空調有制熱，會自動停，再開，202室洗手池冷熱水標誌是反的，廁所看着不乾淨其實是防水膠擦不出來，不很臟。住的那夜窗外下着大雨，我們睡在安靜舒適的屋內感覺非常好

在蘇州大學東區附近，距離相門步行衹有800米左右、離平江歷史街區也不遠，環境很安靜，周邊有超市、飯店，生活很方便。老闆人很好，退房之後還可以把行李物品存放在前台，上車之前再去取，很方便。下次去蘇州，還會去住。

來蘇大考試選擇的這個酒店，這個在一個小巷子街上面，衞生要比那個離蘇大最近的酒店好多了，上次住的是那廁所一點沒打掃。因為車比較晚走過去都快十一點了，路上還遇到喝酒的人莫名其妙跟我説話，建議女生自己一個人的話入住還是早點比較好

雙人間太小了（因行程問題，提前一晚入住，老闆臨時加的房間👍）三人間還行，老闆態度都很好，很温柔，費力幫忙找尋誤以為丟失的小件物品，位置臨着護城河、蘇大

酒店房間很乾凈，毛巾床單等布草也是新換的，價格也比較合理，洗澡水特別大，酒店老闆很nice，設施比較居家，酒店地段也不錯，到蘇州本校區七八分鐘步行，到平江路大概也就十五分鐘步行左右，地鐵站步行也七八分鐘。週末蘇州的酒店尤其是這個地段的酒店最便宜的快捷酒店也要四五百，沁馨酒店的價格真的實惠，推薦

隔音好差，我都能聽見隔壁説話，還有空調的機器聲，洗手間抽風機也壞了，燈也暗，沒有送礦泉水，燒水壺感覺有點臟，所以不敢燒水，連剃鬍刀都沒有，很無語的是牙膏牙刷，洗髮露沐浴露質量很一般，還有水也不熱，我真服了，雖然一百多塊錢，但感覺毫無性價比可言

沒有房型了上面還掛着 去了又説沒有 讓訂貴的 爬三層樓 台階太多又窄 上去樓梯口頭一間 房型感覺和説滿房那種差不多 很多設施都是壞的 空調不制熱 被子太薄太短 冷 牙刷太硬 這個價格簡直是太坑
