Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Suzhou

Got free upgrade and love the room with huge window. Super clean and comfortable. Great amenities and there is guest laundry room. Room service/ attendant at level 8 is excellent. Front desk ladies are friendly too.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and some could speak English. My hotel room was super clean, including the carpets, linen, and bathroom. In the morning, breakfast was buffet, and there were many choices. Five hours after checking out of the hotel, I realized that I had left my cap in the hotel so I called the hotel front desk and they made sure that the cap was delivered to my apartment. The hotel is located near Jinji lake and Suzhou centre plaza mall, but there are a lot of construction projects going on around the hotel.

I took my kids to Suzhou Bay Grand Theater to watch a play, and then I chose a hotel nearby. I still trust chain hotels more. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic when she checked me in. Seeing that we were with girls, she specially upgraded the room type and also took the initiative to provide children's toiletries. I was very satisfied. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Wujiang next time.

The room was just the right size and very comfortable. The hotel is located at Global Port in Xiangcheng District. All the surrounding areas are business districts, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The room prices are not expensive and the service staff are very friendly. There are many choices for breakfast, rich and delicious. I will stay here again next time I come to Suzhou.

Because I was doing business nearby, I booked it on the spur of the moment. According to the map, it's about 15 minutes' walk from the subway station (Yuexi Station on Line 7). The intersections around it feel a bit desolate in the suburbs, so I was a little nervous about meeting a ”fake” 😭 I felt at ease as soon as I entered the lobby. As always, the tone of Hampton Inn: bright, simple and transparent The room is not big, but full of details. The various reminders in the room and public areas will be very reassuring for first-time guests. Although the setting of the gym is a simplified version, it also meets the basic exercise needs. The key is that it is arranged in a large sunny glass room, which is very considerate. ❤️The self-service laundry room has small bottles of washing and disinfecting liquid and sewing kits, and the washer and dryer is very powerful. Both areas are at least visually spotless 👍 After staying for four days, I found that the cost-effectiveness is still quite good for business trips or self-driving tours. There is a parking lot downstairs of the hotel, as well as a self-service car wash area. It is also very convenient to order takeout (Ele.me, Dingdong), and the robot will deliver it to the door in order. During breakfast time on weekends, I saw many families with children. No wonder there is a cotton candy machine in the lobby😄 We don’t have many opportunities to stay in Wuzhong District when we go to Suzhou, but if we go there again in the future, we will still choose Hampton by Hilton Shihu.

The hotel opened this year. It is located on Guanqian Street. Downstairs is the famous snack Pig Fried Pork Chop. The hotel facilities are very new and modern. A robot delivers water to the room. All the reception staff inside are very friendly and greet you warmly. There is a person at the front desk. The man wearing glasses may be the manager. He is warm and thoughtful. He arranges the room in a good location and checks in quickly. Since the high-speed train is late, he can delay check-out for two hours for free. There is also a small gift after leaving the hotel. It's a very happy trip!
