I arrived at 11:00am and was given whatever was available, which was not a very nice room. But that was my fault, because I really just needed to shower and rest. I appreciated Summer getting me a room right away. And she recommended I change rooms the next day. The next day, Maria was incredibly helpful in finding me a much nicer room with an amazing view of Jinji Lake. And she continued to assist me with other questions. Serena, as well, was very helpful in rebooking my stay for two more nights!

The hotel is very conveniently located, very close to the Jinji lake and the shopping mall, lots of places to eat nearby. The room was spacious and bright. A nice bathtub, welcome fruits. The pool water was warm and clean, without the specific disinfectant smell. However there was no bathrobe, slippers, toothbrush etc provided for the kid, even though we stayed as a family and the receptionist clearly saw a child when we were checking in. I had to go and ask for them myself.

The hotel has a loft-style design with many eclectic screens that can be seen everywhere. However, it did not meet my expectations for this brand - M Social. I did not feel any social connection. Although I received a call from the Guest Experience Manager before my arrival and provided an arrival time, there was no welcome upon check-in. The check-in process was easy, but the room was very simple with no outstanding features that I can share with you on Ctrip. The key issues are that the air conditioning did not warm the room, the combination of the bathtub and shower was not very convenient, and the bed mattress was too firm. The lobby was also too small. The restaurant did not have too many choices, but it was okay for me, if they could add more gym food and fresh juice with less sugar that would be better.. For M Social no feel the social

In Moonlight Wharf, the location is good and travel is quite convenient. The front desk and restaurant are not in the same building as the guest room. After checking in, the front desk will lead you to the next building. When I asked the lady about the direction of the subway station, she said that it would take half an hour to walk. I checked the map for about three to five hundred meters. Either she didn't understand my question clearly, or she was not familiar with the surrounding conditions. Some lights in the room are not on, maybe I don't know how to read the switch signs. Although there is basically no sound insulation in the windowless room, there is still a lot of dust, and the shoehorn is covered with dust. The hotel is currently in a large construction site. I was woken up by the sound of a large vehicle at 5 o'clock in the morning on holidays, followed by other residents talking loudly in the corridor.
