Beautiful little place with a wonderful view of the lake! The town is very small. So, if you are looking for a calm place with few people, this is the place. Transportation wasn't an issue at all because the Sursee train station is only a short bus ride away from the hotel, and the bus can easily be accessed across the street. So, we were able to easily make day trips to Luzern, Bern, and even Grindelwald! The hotel only has a few guests and does a very good job of keeping things relaxing and calm. The staff is wonderful and so helpful! A room with a view of the lake is a must because the view is perfect! And if you can splurge a bit on the junior suite with the outdoor tub, you will not regret it. The room is spacious and well-equipped. Very modern and clean. But I do have to say that it is not very functional for a family because this specific room doesn't have privacy between the bed area and shower. They are open and visible from one area to the other. This would be the only downside for this room. The regular rooms don't have this issue. Breakfast was also a nice bonus with eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, yogurt, fresh fruit, bread, etc. Amenities include access to the beautiful lake for swimming and paddle boarding, which we really enjoyed! The hotel has a specific area for guests where you can get a beach chair and lounge on the lake and they also have a kiddy area for the little ones with a splash pad and an outdoor play area. Without a doubt, I would stay here again! This place gave us the Switzerland experience of beauty and nature we envisioned when we decided to visit this country!

The recently renovated hotel is fantastic, lovely view on Sempachersee and hillsides, great cozy atmosphere, wonderful restaurant, friendly and efficient service. A great location and a very, very nice place to stay for a short or even a longer stay!

No-one at reception when I arrived at 11.00pm. Why??? Oh yes, saving money. Ten minutes trying to find my room because of the most stupid number design I have ever seen. Impossible to get online till I went downstairs to find someone, who just laughed . The most ridiculous room design I have ever come across - not enough light anywhere, controls all in German. Totally impractical Bathroom tap that only opened full strength. Morally difficult - do you have no idea about world water shortage?? Finally, because the room was so dark I left a sweater in my room. The I asked them to send it the reply was "we don't send things abroad" Really says a lot doesn't it, and why many people coming to Switzerland find a soulless country whose first priority is always money, money, money... Thank God for Italy and real, warm human beings

Great place to stay with a magnificent view of the lake at Eich in Switzerland, an excellent option to have a relaxing time, even if you stay for a business trip. 10/10 I'll stay again, considering to get back soon.

Fantastic hotel by the lake, views beautiful. Staff were really excellent, we were well looked after. Great attention to detail. Very clean and the food was out of this world. Loved our stay, just brilliant! Thank you 😊

Perfect hotel on the lake and near Lucerne. Tip Top Restaurant, Top Service, Top Personal; Top CEO; the new rooms look very nice and the view over the lake is wonderful, very new meeting rooms, perfect IT
