We had some issues but overall was ok. A bit disappointed with the spa and some service but again it was ok.

The hotel is nice and clean , the flower scent all around at the lobby. A lot of facilities included gym, warm water swimming pool , sauna, carpark etc. Breakfast buffet was great taste and cooked delicately. Most of all is the best service.

New hotel with fantastic sea view at Gold Coast. Take about 10 minutes walk to Glink and get the tram to surfers paradise easily. Stay at the hotel to enjoy relaxing and unforgettable vacation.

This rubbish hotel was annoying the moment I walked in. I asked Ctrip in advance how to pay the deposit. After Ctrip contacted the hotel, I was told that I could pay by credit card or cash, both were 100 Australian dollars. I went to the hotel to pay in cash and the manager asked for 300 Australian dollars a night, no negotiation. After that, the manager helped me arrange a room on a better floor, which was also the room type I booked. This was the only good thing in the hotel. Then, I went into the room to look for disposable cotton slippers, but I couldn't find them. I only found two pairs of beach shoes that I had used many times.
