What can I say more are impressive lobby greeting the guests on entry, efficient and fast check-in and check-out even the manager loyalty came to approach me ask how my stay experience (thank you Mr. Ismael), nice executive lounge with superb staff service (thanks to Mr. Bagus, if I remember his name), in room the noise insulation from outside very effective, comfy bed and pillows, good hotel design, the room and the facilities. Stayed in one of their deluxe rooms (one level above standard) and it was worth the little extra money. My room was clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet although the hotel was facing a busy street. Options for breakfast were good and best of all, the front desk staffs were friendly and helpful. It’s located about 5 min by car from Tunjungan Plaza but the price is much cheaper than the hotels in TP area. Can be a good option if you want to stay in the center of the city but with lower budget.

This new hotel is located on heart of Surabaya city. The hotel is clean, comfort and the hotel staffs is really friendly and helpful. There's a lot of 24hours fastfood chain restaurants, street food vendors and convinience stores around the hotel. It takes only 5 minutes walk to TUNJUNGAN PLAZA (one of the biggest mall in Surabaya) The room is not so spacious but it clean and comfort. Luckily, I got room on 16th floor, so it has a beautiful cityscape of Surabaya too. The food was okey, breakfast buffet has a several choices of local food. And the restaurant looks modern and cozy enough. You will get a lot of smiles from the hotel staffs while you stay. And they very helpful too. And sure, I will be back to this hotel.

I would like to thank you for the great stay i had at your hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. I arrived around 12 p.m and i was greeted by a very friendly staff member. Mr.Asad (Receptionist Staff) was one of a very helpful, polite and fast to respond.What a very good job. The room was fantastic, it was great to be able to walk into a clean, spacious room and go straight to bed without worrying about a thing (Thankyou for the housekeeping team). Breakfast choice was fantastic. Recommend the traditonal foods. Will stay again for my business trip next time..cheers.

We stayed in a quaint historical hotel on our 2nd leg Surabaya tour. The heritage building was used to be the wooden matchsticks factory dated since 1928 and had been renovated to meet modern hotel standard. We like our rooms in terms of its size, cool aircon, amnenities (too bad no mini fridge) and the worth it price. We love the ground floor where The Arch bistro is located. So beautiful and pleasing the eyes. It is located in chinatown area that quite busy during day time but so dark and quiet when the evening falls. Although we don’t like its tiny parking spaces and slow service (from kitchen staff) during breakfast and dinner, but basically we enjoyed our stay. It is recommended also if you don’t mind being waking up in the middle of the night (up tp dawn) because suddenly hearing unexplainable noises of moving furnitures upstais and someone’s whistling down the corridors - while when we check it out, no one’s there. It was one of a lifetime experience indeed!
