good hotel at affordable prices, I like the facilities and services there, starting from the mattress, bathroom and even the food there is also affordable and plus the waiters there are very friendly. basically primebiz hotel is a recommendation for those of you who want a staycation in surabaya

Overall nice property and fancy concept, but especially the bathroom was dirty and needs rennovation. The English skills of the staff were pretty low. Breakfast would be Indonesien only so I haven't tried it. Overall ok for just a night stop-over.

Service is good, breakfast is delicious and have many kind of foods, the room is Excellent, i had a very good time stay there and make me wanna go back and stay there.the access is fine, everything is good and fine, the price is worthy

strategic location, on the side of the highway. spacious parking. there is coffee tea. drinking water is provided in gallon and there is a dispenser. owner is very friendly If you want to find food, it's very easy, bcs on the side of the road, there are many selling things rekomended 😘

We had a pleasant time staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah during our recent transit in Surabaya. The hotel was conveniently located right next to Pakuwon Mall, which was great for shopping and dining. We also appreciated the hotel's seamless food delivery service, which made it easy to order food from a variety of restaurants. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

This is for second time i was stayed at Harris Bundaran Satelit Surabaya, first for business trip and second for Family Trip. We enjoyed stay at Harris Hotel especially at Harris Bundaran Satelit Surabaya (New Generation of Harris Hotel). Great hospitality and friendly staff. The Room also simply with modern furniture. And have many varian menu of breakfast. Thankyou so much for Mr. Irvan who arrange our room with slice cake for birthday my wife. And also we love water melon juice. Thankyou, hopefully we can stay at Harris Bundaran Satelit for the next stay to Surabaya.

affordable location,convenient and friendly price for backpackers,friendly service,i checked out in the middle of the night because i had to be in another location soon,waited for the homestay keeper until entering the vehicle,there are TV facilities, The bed is quite big for couples, the Madi room is pretty good, just no aminities, the air conditioner is like a fan, the benefits are more active outside, it is worth it for backpackers ...... next time choose a better room

A pleasant surprise for us when visiting Surabya. Though it is located at West Surabaya, a bit far from where our meeting was, the trip is worthwhile. All about this hotel is just right, from the service to all the hotel facilities are great (maybe since it is still quite new). I would say this Westin in Surabaya is even better than the one in Jakarta from all aspects. We booked the suite which is amazing and the standard room also quite nice, though we dont get to have the premium coffee and ferragamo soaps. Union around corner opened till 2 AM and the hotel is attached to the largest Mall in southeast asia (from what I heard). However, I have not really used all the hotel facilities and I skipped the breakfast (because I was way too full from prior night meal). The only thing that a bit bother me is the blind installed in all the bathroom including in the suite room, where it is very noticable it is wrinkly and not properly installed. A bit crack inthe almost perfect experience. However, i would still rate the hotel 5 star for everything else.
