酒店較大，到房間需走過一段長廊，地面很臟，滿是灰塵。房裡有蚊子，應該是周邊環境不衞生造成的。服務人員態度冷漠，對客人無迎送，不幫忙搬行李，帶路到客房走到一半就回頭，衹是指了下方向，讓客人自己找。這樣的服務意識，現在的酒店己少見了。位置還算好，近景點和博物館，旁邊的楚院餐廳出品不錯

去宿遷參觀項王故里，看到點評，可以從酒店直接進入景區，定的水居房間，環境優美，房間挺大，也乾淨，房費含雙早和兩張項王故里的門票，很超值！酒店很新，兩邊床頭都有usb口，充電方便；早餐品種豐富，服務員很耐心，咖啡機堵了，及時清理乾淨，並立刻通知客人。美中不足的就是床很硬，房間因為臨水，一進去蚊子較多。

這是一家性價比很高的花園式酒店，酒店內景色很美，感覺就住在水面上，坐落在項王故里旁，附近就有餐廳，交通便利，特別是酒店的服務人員從經理到酒店環保阿姨對待客人很有禮貌，有問必答，熱情待客。早餐也很棒，室內衞生打掃的乾乾淨淨。下次再來就住這家了。

前台服務很好，環境也不錯，送了兩張項王故里的門票，省得花錢買門票了，早餐種類也很多。位置也很好，離市中心很近

房間整體不錯，很乾凈。就是院子略微小了一些，靠在路邊也略微吵些，晚上醒了兩次。另外能多送一個早餐就更好了。4.7分。如果院子內不靠馬路邊的，可以推薦4.9
