服務非常好，剛停好車就有兩位工作人員迎接。法式早餐非常好吃，食材很新鮮。酒店裝修雖然不算新，但是非常乾淨。酒店房間不多，很安靜。

オーベルジュということで。。。料理は淡路の素材が優れていることもありおいしいといえる。ただ、サーブしてくれる人に、どんなシェフなの、と聞いても知らないそうでした。この感覚は、通常の、少なくともいわゆるオーベルジュとは違う。 さらに問題は、結構けちくさい。すべてはオーベルジュですからで、通してしまう。例えば、スイートは飲み物がフリーですといっておきながら、飲み物が人数分ない、外部端子があるTVなのにケーブルがないので映画が見れない（もちろんネットフリックスも契約していない）。WIFIは当然つながりが悪い。アメニティはあまりよくない。これは当たり前だが、冬にはプールは寒くて入れないのだが、正規の稼働（コストがかかっているのでは）。一方、風呂はオーベルジュなので温泉ではない。作りからして、従業員の保養所を改造して作ったのではなかろうか（未確認）。 3名で10万円のホテルとしてはいかがなものかと思いつつ、従業員も熱心で（あるがちゃんとしたマニュアルがあるとは思えない）、食事は悪くないのでまた来るかもしれないが、自分で様々なものを用意してこなければだめですね。
