位置好找，環境很好，有陽台，老闆很細心服務，就是衞生間坐便器上個大號都不好上…前面放着洗衣機都坐不下，建議把洗衣機位置放到別處，自律的人可以選擇這款性價比還是不錯的

這個暑假帶着全家過來旅遊，開車過來很方便，不限號。老闆挺熱情的，遇到問題能及時解決，這次訂購的雙床房，適合家庭居住，環境很好，在陽台就能望見碣石海灘，推薦。

在山海同灣的公寓裏，小區環境好，🚙車位充足。
訂了兩間房，老闆很熱心的幫忙協調房型、儘量滿足租客的需求。
確認好後，立馬送鑰匙上門，這個贊一下👍。
房間、床品挺整潔無異味，生活設施齊全。
價格適中，高層的房子還可以看到海景🌊

公寓不錯，新裝修，家電傢俱齊全，房東小哥連鍋碗瓢盆、洗衣機、一次性馬桶墊都準備的妥妥滴，考慮特別周到！每天下海，換洗衣物一大堆，洗衣機真的發揮了大作用！小區環境不錯，7號樓在湖邊，有噴泉，晚上在陽台上擺上桌椅，幾個人一起坐着聊聊天，小風吹吹，特別舒服！我們定的兩張大床房，三大兩小完全夠住。周邊配套設施齊全，飯店、超市多，自駕的話可以去一公里開外的孟家市場，性價比高。走到海邊不到十分鐘，可以接受。
