The front desk staff was arrogant and lacking courtesy. I will never stay again next time.

We recently stayed for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children (4 and 5). Booking was seamless and easy bar some confusion over whether breakfast was or wasn't included. The hotel is in a phenomenal location in Petite France, however bear in mind as it is on a pedestrianized street there is very limited parking at the property. This isn't an issue as there is a public garage close by and the hotel has a subsidized rate of €18.50/night. The building itself is beautiful and historic with plenty of period detail. The rooms are old but well equipped and clean and they have character(wooden floors/beams etc.) Ours was a family room so there was a set of bunks which the children really loved. The added benefit of a Nespresso machine also went down well with the caffeine addict parents. The bathroom was huge with a great shower. There were plenty of towels provided and the hotel toiletries were of decent quality. There were only small niggles within a great overall stay. Namely a lack of seating and supplies at breakfast on both mornings and also our room wasn't cleaned even though we had requested it and we had been out for 6 hours. Overall would recommend and stay again.

I really wanted to love this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very good. However, I’d recommend either staying elsewhere or be willing to pay a premium rate with the most robust cancellation options possible. I had a pay for an extra unused day, because I had to leave early (early enough to make the appropriate checkout time) due to a pending French rail strike and had to ensure I got to where I needed to for my international flight. I explained this to the hotel staff. Despite events beyond my control and even some French officials encouraging people to make alternative travel arrangements to avoid disruptions, this was of absolutely no concern to the hotel staff, and they absolutely will not work with you…it will be just a way to make some more money off of you. I would’ve been happy to give 5 stars in normal circumstances, but it felt like the hotel was more interested in taking advantage of a situation even if it was beyond my control, and it really left an overall bad impression.

A lovely hotel in a quiet part of Strasbourg close to all important spots in the city centre. The staff is very kind and so helpful. Breakfast is delicious. Was happy with the room too. It was spacious and clean. Great thing is, you don't have to hand the key in reception when leaving, so you're not left waiting in case the receptionist had to go somewhere. Definitely recommend.

The amenities were my favorite NUXE, and I personally was a tick. It was a late time to arrive at a single stay, so I chose it as close to Strasbourg station as much as possible, but Google Maps was a little scared to be guided through narrow and dark roads i did. There were many shops around UberEats and it was perfect. It was a short stay time, so it was like a very narrow business hotel in Japan and there was a feeling of cleanliness, so it was enough for me to consider it as a French hotel. I'm sorry if there is a little memory difference because I stayed 3 months ago.

We explored the third Strasbourg. This hotel is very central for this. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity. Footway is also very much to reach. Our room was very spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. Each room has an individual design. The beds are comfortable. The reception is very nice. A small manco we had at breakfast: the room is a little bit small so not all guests have to find or wait. The coffee machine has stretched, bad for me. Breakfast itself was moderate. We loved this hotel and its location on the island. It's within walking distance from the train station and the island can easily be walked. We had 3 nights at the hotel. The front desk, especially the Ugandan employee, was so friendly and helpful--many thanks. As was the restaurant staff very accommodating, especially with children. The hotel is super clean and the rooms very much in good order. We loved our apartment and it was great for the kids. Many restaurants just around the corners. Absolutely do get the breakfast with a wide variety of foods. Only missing perhaps was an omelette but everything else we like was presented. Be sure to check out the fresh cheese usually presented at the entrance. We will stay at this hotel again when we return... You can hear street noise, however I had brought earplugs and my children were not disturbed
