Hôtel & Spa RÉGENT Petite France
4.5/5115 Reviews
Strasbourg Downtown
Just inside Little France, on the edge of the canal, go out and turn right to the scenic spot, convenient to play, the room is very good, very quiet. The scenery of this place is very similar to Miyazaki's comic style.
Hotel Cathédrale
3.9/5100 Reviews
Strasbourg Downtown
Well well…. No everything that is shines is gold… At first it sounded like the best choice- next to the cathedral in the center of the old city, within walking distance of almost everything . But then reality hits you (usually only after you already booked) 😱 : - No elevator to the rooms, but only from the first floor up - rooms are old in look and style, and not only to deliver the age of the building as an atmosphere - but simply old - shower very in-inviting in its looks - oldish and cramped - no Airconditioning to your choice, if it is not the right season - the cathedral-facing rooms are very noisy during the day And to top it all - the bells of the cathedral going off endlessly in the middle of the night is not what you wish to hear when you try and fall asleep (for the the record - we only stayed one night, so we cannot account of some of the experiences are on a regular basis) The idea was very romantic and sounded lovely - but reality was far from it ….
