"I recommend this hotel for its good ratio quality price. It is located in a new city of Halong among modern buildings in a neo classic French architecture style. Not far from the beach, several bars and restaurants. My room was, despite not having a window with a view, very clean and functional as well as the bathroom with all necessary hygiene products.
The AC was very useful. The personal was kind and helpful."

KKim Huệ LêThis is genuinely the first time I've booked a room that I'm so incredibly pleased with. The owner welcomed me very warmly. The room was spotless, even though I arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. Everything in the room was new, clean, and meticulously prepared and organized. A bonus was the complimentary fruit box. Although it wasn't much, it was a lovely gesture after a long journey and I really appreciated it. And I was so lucky to book a room with a bay view. Oh, even on a business trip and studying, I felt so motivated! Another plus is that I arrived right during Christmas, and they were so thoughtful to decorate the room. So I didn't even need to go anywhere to get lots of great photos! I will definitely be staying here again next time.

GGuest UserInitially, when we first arrived, I didn't really understand what kind of place it was. There is a construction site around, fences on the way to the beach, a disco on the beach at night, to which we didn't immediately understand how to get. But then I appreciated all the advantages of the location of this hotel. 5 minutes in one direction and you are in the European restaurant Papa's. 5 minutes in the other and you are on the beach with a shower. There are several supermarkets nearby, if you need to buy more, you can take a taxi to Winmart. Of the entertainment nearby attractions, you can also try yourself in a nearby ******, and go on a sea cruise on Halong Bay. Just wonderful. We wanted to stay for a week, but we decided to extend our stay for more. The fact that many hotels around are closed is wonderful! But the beach is empty, by the way, no sand fleas were found on it. And a lot of cafes and restaurants with delicious food in any direction of the coast. We didn't make a mistake with the choice of place! As for the staff and the hotel itself, it is very friendly and polite. Cleanliness is fine, but I don't advise eating in the room so that there are no midges. There is water in the shower dripping on the floor in the toilet, but for this I will not lower the rating, for me this minus is insignificant. The beds are hard, but not a problem: in the closet you will find additional blankets that you can put for softness. In general, my recommendations! I'm glad we've been here

GGuest UserWe stayed for one night in Deja Vu house. The hotel is still quite new and all amenities are in perfect shape. The staff was very attentive at check-in and provided great assistance for our onward travel. We had yummy seafood soup for breakfast, one of our best dishes so far in Vietnam. What is true is that the area around the hotel has been developed very recently (see negative review further down). Construction work is however finished by now, there is some cafés and a nice atmosphere. More lively parts of town are in walking distance, too.

RRobS.is basically an artificial city that has been built, sort of like Disneyland with planned out streets, but I will also say with a facade. A lot of the buildings are not even finished, missing windows and doors and are just the structure. Other storefronts, when I was there, were locked up. Part of the explanation, it was off-season, but still, I saw storefronts and hotels that were fully equipped and they were locked. Staying at this hotel, the rooms were very nice with very new furnishings but the bed was, bluntly, quite hard.
There was only one staff member but the stay was quiet and very pleasant. I will complement the hotel booking staff, they were very helpful and fixed a problem.
Unfortunately, no restaurants were open and we had to take a taxi to a nearby restaurant with the weather cold and not pleasant, I ended up not staying my booked time and left to go back to Hanoi and the much more vibrant city with restaurants and people

DDannMy experience in this hotel was very good. In general everything in this hotel is good for the price but what stands out here is the service, the young girl at the reception made my trip to Ha Long city very easy, she basically helped me with everything, she helped me to rent a motorcycle, booked a taxi, indicated where to find good restaurants, she even got me the ticket for the cruise to Ha Long bay way cheaper than in the other places; she did everything for me. I really appreciate the service at this hotel, it has been by far the best experience in terms of service I've had in Vietnam so far. Thank you very much guys! I will stay here again in the future! (100% recomended).

We had a room towards the street and they were playing very loud music from a nearby place in the night, which was a bit annoying. But with earplugs it was alright to sleeo.

GGuest UserI've been travelling Asia for almost a year and this is by far my favourite place. The staff are lovely, the swimming pool incredible with great views and is overall the perfect place for a healthy lifestyle. The value for money is next to none, includes a really great breakfast buffet (eggs, baguettes, sausage, water melon, beef stew, pancakes, sticky rice, salad tea, coffee etc) all are cooked well and very taste.
Location is just a 5 minute walk from Sunworld theme Park. Can rent a bike directly from hotel.
I'm returning in Jan for 6 weeks
What else do you need to know, get booking
But what ever you do avoid the family room (penthouse) that has direct access to roof top pool because thats mine 😘😂🙌

GGuest UserThe location is not convenient; all the cafes were quite a distance away and pricey, despite the neighborhood itself being rather upscale. The rooms are tiny, and the window in my first room wouldn't close properly. I requested a room change, which they granted. However, someone entered my room unannounced in the morning. My only thought was to get out of there as quickly as possible. And to top it all off, the TVs either didn't work, or if they did, their remote controls were missing batteries – I've encountered this exact problem in three different hotels.
