Check-in was smooth and fast. We stayed on the 8th floor and the room was clean and neat. At night, the rooms were not soundproof so it was a bit noisy but the noise died down. The breakfast buffet was good and the hotel is near the beach and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, The rooms were very neat and clean (nice tub), beautiful swimming pool, location was good, walking distance from sunworld Halong, Halong bazar, beach and the staff were very nice and helpful. There were very few options for vegetarians in breakfast but overall the stay was nice.

we choose this hotel because they accepted our 3 poodles without problems and also helped us find dog friendly restaurants in the area.in vietnam this is very rare.and they are located right in front a huge park to walk our dogs and near the beach.this is the hotel to go in Halong with your 4 legs friends.

We have stayed in Halong Pearl Hotel in Apr, anh they were so helpful to arrange all to tours for us (city tour, boat tour,...). Besides, their f&b also excellent with various choices from Asian to Western. All the staffs were friendly and helpful; room was super clean and quiet; the pool is large and nice. We will definitely come back there again next time.

My stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided in the morning as well as the opportunity to explore amenities within Ha long bay. The bedrooms were gorgeous, with a divine view and comfy beds. No complaints here.

An employee came to stop me in the parking lot as I was leaving....Reason: I had forgotten to pay for the consumption of a bottle of water from the refrigerator in my room...Amount of 0.80 euros !!! I find this pathetic!
