Everything was great. Service at the front desk was efficient and friendly. Our bathroom light flickered a bit but it was not a big deal. Bed was clean and comfy. Had some loud guests in the middle of the night, but again, it happens. We enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the ladies handling the food line were friendly and very sweet to us. Thank you.

Front desk clerk was amazing! Bartender at the small bar was great! Hotel is old and could use a facelift, but was clean. Beds not comfortable however ok for 1 night. Great location for an overnight after a hockey/basketball game.

Checking was quick and efficient. Even though property is older, it was very clean and quiet. The location was perfect for our needs.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived well before the check-in time of 3:00, but we were able to check in right away. The room was clean -- nothing fancy. Could use some updating. My only negative was the poor lighting in the rooms. I guess they are using the lowest wattage bulbs available, but even with all the lights on, it's pretty dark, unless you are sitting directly under a lamp. This is a minor complaint, however. All in all, we like this hotel. It's our "go to" whenever we have an event at PNC Arena.

One night stay. Checkin was easy. Easy access. Room was nice and clean and comfortable . Right across street from PNC Arena. Price was exceptional for this type of room.

I have stayed at this property a few different times and it’s at the top of my list for all the ✅ It’s clean and safe, it’s quiet and comfortable, and the location is perfect.
It’s also reasonably priced and that’s important because sometimes may stays become much longer the expected.
The staff is great and have always been very helpful.
