Paid for a seaview and it was blocked by trees, this was really disappointing and when we spoke to the staff they tried to offer another room charging considerably more. The tables in the breakfast area were not cleaned after each use. Some of the staff were really friendly and welcoming. There are a lot of facilities in the hotel which was impressive. Would be good to have more kids options on the menus the different restaurants.

It’s off the split old town but a short drive .. so it’s not as busy as old town .. the hotel is amazing .. the amenities they offer .. from restaurants.. spa .. gym .. pool and beach .. it’s a package deal !! Quite expensive on food but it’s still worth it to stay here ! Valet parking is very accessible .. beach and surrounding restaurants were very good !!

Airconditioning was terrible. Staff did not do anything to fix the problem. Stayed 3 nights, finally technicians came on the last night and did not fix anything

The marina and restaurants are great! However, the pools are outdated. Also upgrade the room - the land view is awful!
