The hotel is half way through a refurb so reception and breakfast are in a portacabin.
We booked in for 2 nights but the the keycard failed after 24hrs, the aircon didn't work on the second evening either, breakfast was missing basic items like butter

Disappointing stay. Hotel that really deserves to be renovated. Looks like it was abandoned by the chain. Not much hygiene and the rooms are not very clean. The only positive point is the reception of the customer. The two people we saw are really welcoming and friendly. They deserve a better working environment. We won't be going back anyway.
