The experience was A-class, top notch. I enjoyed every aspect from the food, to the ambience and services, to the professionalism of the staff and specifically our personal butler- Akakpo. Our butler’s service shows how well trained the staff are and how well they have chosen to take their clients.

Absolutely beautiful grounds!! Love the Horses and Peacocks. Food is good too. However we felt a lack of privacy. Staff were too intrusive. Always asking for room numbers. And hovering around the room.

Ernestina, our butler and Mawulli, the chauffeur made our stay fabulous! We loved the ambiance and the warmth! The whole experience was great. My wife and I are looking forward to coming again. This time with family and friends to enjoy the experience better

I had the best time. Three days spent at Aqua safari and I felt very relaxed and refreshed, ready o return to work. I highly recommend this resort for a quick getaway. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Shout out to Edna our butler, she treated us really well.

The customer service was top notch!!! Elsie and Lambert were the best butlers you could asked for!!! They really went over and above for my group. Let me also shout out Kwesi who has helped me along the way for the last 4 months! I will always recommend Aqua Safari!

We were nicely surprised... we stayed in a superior deluxe room, the room was well maintained and had the most helpful room assistant Genevive !! She made our stay comfortable and helped us with everything... I had an upset stomach, she went out of her way to help me getting better. The nurse in the clinic was super nice and helpful as well.. Receptionist were approachable... The rooms were clean, very well maintained, good housekeeping, really nice experience! I would however equipped the superior rooms with smart TV so that guests stay longer periods... The food should get better to bring the standard higher The staff around the pool and restaurant could be more waiters rather than standing around chatting with eachother ... The music around the pool is toooo loud ... Otherwise all good, highly recommend the place, to get back again... Thank you Genevive and staff!

Enjoyed a close-to-natural experience. Delicious food. Courteous and customer-oriented staff. Great experience. We look forward to coming back to enjoy the place another time. We will definitely recommend it to family, friends and work colleagues.

My family of 6 had an unforgettable stay at Aqua Safari. The service was impeccable. The scenery on the Volta River is beautiful. Our butlers/hosts worked hard to make sure we enjoyed our stay, abd we’re very thoughtful, from suggesting and booking activities, setting up meals at scenic spots around the resort, to even accompanying us as our guides to the Asafutufia festival. The staff at the resort were very responsive and quick to fix issues. Everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. They exceeded our expectations, and we’re already planning to return. My only suggestion is to please lower the volume of the loud music on weekends…it was sometimes difficult to have a conversation or relax around the pool.

I had an incredible experience at Aqua Safari. I booked a 5 night stay and I was pleasantly surprised when I received a complimentary upgrade to a Waterfront cabin. We also had the perfect butler, Mr. Martin. He was attentive and proactive.He also curated some beautiful experiences for dining around the water. We were greeted by the chef who asked our dietary needs. I highly recommend this place.
