Everything perfect, the hotel is very nice, the rooms are very spacious. It is located in the center of Coral Talks and with all the services around. The staff is very attentive. 100% recommendable

We love this hotel for its luxury rooms and convenience to Univ of Miami and greater Coral Gables. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. We highly recommend for all UW visits.

Anthony and Jordan were excellent. Very nice staff. Bell men 10 star. Rooms great. Good housekeeping. Reasonable restaurants and yummy on site. Beautiful view. We loved our stay

Great location if you are visiting UM. The commuter train and busy road are loud.
The pool area was closed for a private event for our first day there. They should only close a small area if needed so ALL guests can enjoy the outside area.

The staff were not overly friendly. There were kids blaring music in the room next door to us at 10:30PM at night. I called the front desk three times and they never did anything.

Very disappointed that we couldn’t eat breakfast on the morning we were departing. The hotel dining, our only option, said they weren’t equipped to seat any additional people! Whole line of people denied entry, said the kitchen too busy! How can that be! Only option for guests of the hotel and it wasn’t even free. Left for the airport starving! Asked if we could do take out but that would be a hour! Ridiculous! The day we checked in we couldn’t use the rooftop bar due to a private event. So annoying, and for the money not worth it. Rooms were ok, hall smelled like chorine, and our room was noisy due to metro which we had no idea it was literally next to the hotel.
