When entering the lobby, there was an overwhelming smell of chlorine. I had reserved a room with 2 queen beds, which was confirmed via email. At check in, I was informed they gave that room away and they could only offer me a king room. Not ideal, but we didn’t have much choice as it was around midnight when we checked in. Both my son and I had an allergic reaction upon entering our room. We are both allergic to mold. The front desk person offered to move us across the hall, and we had the same reaction (and visible mold in both mini fridges) and chose to leave the hotel altogether. Terrible experience.
