We booked a 10-day stay via ******* and paid using our "everyday" credit card. A few days later, we received a cancellation from *******, followed by direct email from the property indicating a problem with our payment credit card. We called the property and used THE SAME CARD to make deposit payment directly - no issues until we arrived at the property to find management had booked us into a completely different property of lower quality and 10 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH. The fraud committed against ******* (taking a payment around *******) was reported. The bait and switch with us vacation travelers is disgraceful. The cap it off, the property manager tried to tell us we requested the different property! Fellow vacation travelers BEWARE !
