I appreciate your stay at the hotel very well. Since your arrival, you have welcomed us in the reception. The entire hotel service, both in the reception and in the restaurant, is nice and smiley and at the same time very professional. Everyone serves help. This is probably the best hotel in Sosnowc, where I have been. The location is ideal - in the very center of the city, near the PKP station. The rooms are clean, smelly, very cared. Huge plus!

At the time of booking this was one of the cheaper options in Katowice and by far the best value for money. We stayed there for 1 night. The hotel has been recently renovated and it looks much better inside than it does in the pictures, which as of May 2019 are not up to date. It is conveniently located next to the A4 highway, with plenty of free parking space and supermarkets nearby. The room was modern, spotlessly clean and all appliances were new, with a comfortable bed and a top rain shower. For longer stays it could use a desk. Breakfast was good with enough variety, high quality food and delicious bread. Not too many vege options as far as I remember. The one shortcoming was service. There was only one receptionist on Friday evening who was very helpful but did not speak English. If you happen to arrive just after a bus tour, your check-in can take a while.

This hotel is located in the historical center of Katowice. The TV without any Italian channel, there is no boiler or frigobar. The comfortable bed but the coats are not, in my opinion, a good thing because it is like not having them .. The room is not ordered daily , if necessary , the reception must be required . Breakfast is served in a room next to the reception, a buffet with some sweet or salad pity, lack of choice and quality. The price of breakfast is not a nice price ( EUR 6 ) but it would be better to pay a little more and have more choice for buffet and quality products . The hotel is also available in the reception and is available for drinks including water. The person who is eager to breakfast is not careful and shocked (he does not even answer good morning despite having said it every morning when I made breakfast). In conclusion, it is a good solution for those who are looking for a structure in the center of Katowice with a good price quality ratio, but if I should return to price equality I would probably try another structure. Ibis Budget Katowice Centrum or as i would call them ibkc in a great place if u want to stay a week or 9 nine days at max. It’s close to the Novotel restaurant and Mariacka. Mariacka is a street full of restaurants, pubs and a discotheque. I stayed here for 14 days and could easy go to the pkp or railwaystation, galeria katowice, chorzów for the second biggest inside of a city green lung of Europ Park Sląśki. Either can you easy get to spodek (english for Saucer but rather looks like an ufo or somekind. So if u are coming here for a week to max 9 days you’ll have the time of your life i guarentee u that

Beautiful location of the hotel, very convenient access from the motorway. Close to the centre of Katowice and legendary Spodek. Very comfortable beds, nice room with interesting view. In the morning, delicious, varied food awaits guests at breakfast. You can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi. I am delighted with my stay at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel last month and found it to be very comfortable and had all of the amenities one needs while on a business trip. The rooms were fairly spacious and up to date and there was a restaurant and bar to enjoy on premise. Front desk was helpful and friendly. We dined at the restaurant at top of the hotel and the food was very good and waiter was excellent.
