I love this hotel I have been + times with my family, the mega double bed makes you comfortable even if you have a baby in 3 are at God, order and cleaning king, the silence, the courtesy of staff from the reception, to the breakfast room, The staff in the rooms are really charming at very honest prices. Whether it is a weekend or more days I strongly advise this facility. Attacked and understanding parking, free wifi and breakfast included that you want more ?

Everything is perfect. The Ferrari Museum is within walking distance; the front desk staff is very welcoming; the parking space is free in front of the hotel; the room facilities are modern, although there is no palace feeling in the name of the palace room.

En route to Ancona we planned to stop in Modena to visit the 2 Ferrari museums. The Hotel is perfectly placed to achieve this. The hotel’s reception area and staff were very welcoming. We were assisted with parking our two large motorcycles and then shown to our rooms. Air conditioned and reasonably spacious the rooms for the money we spent are more than fine. Free chilled water in the fridge, very clean rooms and whilst the bathroom is dated it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast offering was extensive and plenty to choose from. More than happy to not only recommend this hotel but would be more than happy to return.

I stayed in the hotel during the July heatwave. Hence the best part of the hotel, the garden, was not really usable. The beautiful photos of the grand rooms at the reception level are really misleading. These rooms are not used for anything and are therefore adding little to the value. The worst bit was the room. Although on my own, I actually shared the room (and the bathroom) with the ants (plenty of them). When I arrived at 3 pm at 38C degrees, the fridge in the room was not working because it was unplugged. Basically the adapter was missing (both issues were dealt with after complaints, but issues like this should not arise in a 4* hotel). Note that the power points take in the old fashioned 3-pin Italian plugs and hence you need an adapter regardless of where you live. The bathroom, although clean, smelled of dampness and the shower sewage outlet was getting clogged after just a few minutes. The room, while spacious, felt very, very tired. Nobody has put a lick of paint in it for 50 years or so. Air-con was OK. The staff were a mixed bag. A young lady at the reception was the only one who put a smile on her face. The older members of the stuff looked like they are tired of everything and just waiting for retirement. Having moved from this hotel to the same-chain hotel in Bologna, the differences are to the extreme in every respect. In my mind, the only thing that is 4* in this hotel is the price. Everything else is at best 3* (cannot comment on breakfast, was not having it). On the positive side is the location of the hotel, 10 min walk to the Piazza Grande.

I have been coming to the hotel for 2 years, almost every other month for work. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Breakfast has good variety; all is fresh and well displayed. The food at the restaurant really good. The hotel is located in a convenient part of the town, you can walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. The area is beautiful and safe.

I was very happy to be back to Hotel Europa, after the terrible times due to the pandemy. The hotel is ideally situated and I had a nice, large and cosy room. I would like to mention that all the staff at the hotel is particularly great and helpful. One really feels welcome, with smiles, kind words and very professional services. I strongly recommend Hotel Europa. Mant thanks and best wishes to everyone at the hotel.

Carpi is arguably the No1 hotel, which is very close to the town centre and has free parking. Breakfast is plentiful.

The location is very close to the station, the room is simple and clean, the counter staff is very kind and recommended many good restaurants nearby. If there is still a chance, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
