房間在3樓，可以直接看到洈水大壩 衞生乾淨，服務人員很熱情，提供了周邊景點的出行方案， 前台小姐姐給我們免費升級了房型！真的是一次令人流連忘返的居住體驗，下次來還會續訂這家！

中秋節帶着孩子來玩兩天，乾乾淨淨設備也很齊全，酒店有些年頭，但保養的還不錯，體驗很好。這家店的位置也很好，就在大壩下面，早上走路就能到遊船碼頭，服務員都很親切，在這個小地方能有這種體驗，已經很不錯了，就是離武漢有點遠，開車得4個多小時，不然估計節假日都是一房難求，值得推薦，聽前台小姐姐介紹房車營地，下次一定要體驗一下！！！

酒店很不錯，硬件齊全，很新，不陳舊。
早餐也很豐富，景區很好玩，適合溜娃親子或者情侶來玩，城鎮到景區開車不遠，大概十幾分鍾可到。

前台小姐姐都非常熱情，房間裏的設備也不錯，很乾凈，最讓我印象深刻的是保安大叔，雖然普通話不是很標準但一進門還主動問好，下次還會再來。

前台領班服務較差，預訂的假日雙床房給了個最差的房間，沒有陽台，窗户外面是一片水泥坡，啥也看不見，問她能不能換成朝向正面景觀的，她説攜程預訂的就是這樣，如果可以換那大家都要換套房怎麼辦，這是她的原話，我無語，我衹是要換個朝向的房間，怎麼就變成套房了，並且我定的攜程正常的雙床房，又不是特價房，為什麼給最差的房間，如果是節假日或週末你不換我也能理解，但我是工作日去的，空房一大把你都不願意給我，後面我很生氣，準備加錢換房才打電話給領導給我換
早餐非常簡單，吃一碗麪就得了，其他的不用看
