Arrive in Songpan on the afternoon of October 27 and stay at SILKROAD HOTEL. It was cold in Songpan, and I heard that Prime Minister Keqiang had passed away due to illness, and I felt heavy. When I checked in at the hotel, the front desk manager Zhou was very enthusiastic. He arranged a room and upgraded it to a deluxe standard room. Due to the cold weather, it was also equipped with an electric heater. Thank you very much. The room's sanitary ware and bedding are clean, and parking is convenient. This is our second time staying at this hotel. Worth choosing.

When I traveled here by car, I didn’t expect to find the Hanting Hotel. It has free parking and a comfortable environment. It’s as good as ever. The whole thing is super clean and tidy, and the experience is great. The lady at the front desk also helped us carry our luggage. We really felt at home. The hotel is in the alley, but we couldn't find it at first. After calling the hotel, staff immediately came to pick us up at the alley and ordered the parking. I am quite satisfied with the hygienic conditions. Then the young man at the front desk received us very warmly. Seeing that we brought elderly people with us, he even asked us if we would like to arrange it on the first floor, which is so considerate! ! !

This was a nice little place to stay. At the time of this writing, they accept foreigners and pets (02/2022), so that was good. I failed to take pictures of the room, but it is near the pictured bridge below. The hotel is a nice 10 minute walk along the river to all the major attractions (city wall, old town). There were only two things I wasn't crazy about: 1) there is a small dog across the street that barks all the time - it didn't keep us awake or anything, but every time I went out with my dog, it would carry on; and 2) because it was winter when we stayed, many people burn coal for whatever. I could smell the burning coal on many occasions, which I wasn't crazy about. The place is pretty simple, but good for our purposes. There were three of us and we got the triple room. It was roomy and comfortable. We especially liked the electric blankets on the bed. I would stay here again if I found myself in Songpan.

The boss is an extremely warm and kind person. From the moment we stepped into the B&B, he greeted us, guests from afar, with great enthusiasm. There was always a warm smile on his face, as if we were not strangers, but family members reunited after a long absence.
During our stay, the boss was very considerate and caring to us. In the early morning, he would thoughtfully ask us how we slept last night; when the weather changed, he would promptly remind us to add or remove clothes; this kind of meticulous care made us feel the warmth of home in an unfamiliar environment. He not only cared about us in daily life, but also provided us with many valuable suggestions on travel strategies. Whether it's local delicacies or little-known scenic spots, the boss knows everything about them and adds many wonderful chapters to our trip.
In this B&B, the owner uses his sincerity and enthusiasm to make every guest feel the warmth of home. If you are looking for a place that not only provides comfortable accommodation, but also provides spiritual solace, then Ansacang B&B is definitely your best choice. LLCHLADYMy stay here was delightful! I only stayed one night, but wish I would have stayed two. Definitely stay here the night before your flight, if you’re flying out of JiuZhaiGou. It’s so close to the airport. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful answering all of my questions and helping me book transportation from Songpan to my next village stop. The room was comfortable (there was no AC, and in August the room was a little too warm, but not bad). The decor in the hotel was gorgeous and the breakfast room had glorious views of the valley. The breakfast is served with beautiful presentation and is a fresh, healthy meal to start the day. The hotel is walking distance from a long road of restaurants and tourist shops. Though the name has “Songpan” in it, it’s actually about a 20-30 minute drive from Songpan Ancient Town, but the area was calm and quiet, so I didn’t mind.

GGuest UserWe stayed one night at the hotel and we are very very satisfied with the property. The rooms are newly renovated, very clean and spacious . It’s nightly oxygen supply in the room is a nice feature. We liked especially the bathroom, with a smart toilet seat and a well sealed shower door, which is not that common rare in china. The flow from the shower head is strong and the floor is very clean (see photo). The toiletries are well supplied..
The hotel has a very good restaurant, good menu and reasonably priced relative to its good quality. the breakfast is just a feast of local food and plenty western dishes.
Overall I d highly recommend it to international touristes

The front desk upgraded the room for free. You can see a little mountain view. The parking lot is super large and parking is very convenient. If you don’t drive, it will be troublesome to take a taxi. It should be inconvenient to take a taxi in the entire Chuanzhusi town.
It rained on the day of check-in, and my clothes and pants were wet. I asked the hotel to get a heater to dry my clothes.
The breakfast is OK.

The hotel also upgraded the suite for free and extended the check-out time to 2 p.m. The manager was particularly enthusiastic. Because we couldn't leave the hotel in time due to schedule issues, the manager saw us waiting in the lobby and specially allowed us to have tea and rest in the Sunshine Tea Room. Thank you so much!

The window is facing the virgin forest. It is very dreamy to lie on the bed surrounded by clouds and mist in the morning. The Tashi brothers are very hospitable and hospitable. On the way back from visiting Huanglong, they took us to climb to an altitude of 4,000 meters to view the Xuebaoding, the source of the Minjiang River. After returning, they taught the children to ride horses and archery. The children really didn't want to leave. Under the orders of my wife and adults, I should tell you about Tashi's mother. Tashi's mother is kind, hardworking and capable. My wife praised the soup in the yak soup pot so delicious that we almost drank a big pot. Tashi's mother raised five children, all of whom have made achievements. The second and fifth children have excellent academic performance abroad. Two days ago, a Jiangxi college entrance examination girl who lived here received an admission letter from Tsinghua University. I guess after living here, my child will be one step closer to Tsinghua University or her father’s Peking University hahaha. This trip to Jiuzhai Huanglong, which took the risk of the epidemic, came to a successful conclusion here. We met with Tashi. The hotel we booked is located in the center of the ancient city, which is very convenient for shopping in the ancient city. The room is clean and tidy, and the decoration is very unique. There is a small platform on the second floor, where it is very comfortable to sit there, drink tea and chat. I came here on a business trip more than ten years ago but did not go to the Huanglong Scenic Area. This time I went to the scenic area and felt that the scenery in Huanglong was really good. It is worthy of being a 5A scenic spot as famous as Jiuzhaigou. It was a worthwhile trip!

GGuest UserThe hotel is right at the end of the scenic through train and opposite the cableway entrance. It is very convenient for people who do not drive by themselves during peak seasons like National Day. The high-speed rail and the through train to the scenic spot are seamlessly connected. The room is spacious and clean, and the bedding makes for a comfortable sleep. The rice noodles for breakfast are delicious. The key point is that they also give away sightseeing tickets that I didn’t buy before. There is no queue for the 300-meter walk to the cableway entrance. , going up the mountain smoothly. After going down the mountain, take the free bus back to the hotel to pick up your luggage, and then take the scenic express train to Jiuzhai or the high-speed rail station. Recommended!
