Second visit in one year. Outstanding service with Micheline equivalent food. We were on half board but also had lunch at the swimming pool restaurant. Breakfast - lunch, dinner were outstanding. Lovely swimming pool and walking distance to the town with great bars/ tapas

Super friendly hotel with kind and helpful staff on reception and in all restaurants and pool side service with fantastic location a short walk from town and beautiful gardens. Felt like a home away from home during our week stay as mother and daughter getting away from UK weather. You won’t find trendy interiors but warm welcomes and great service make up for that. We’d have appreciated things like shampoo and conditioner but thankfully brought our own and the mini fridge wasn’t cold so no use popping a bottle of wine in it to chill. Sheets could be better but overall, the service more than makes up for these small *******. I had the impression most staff had been working there for decades and that’s not a bad thing. While there were many families with younger kids, the pool never felt taken over and ambiance was still chilled and peaceful. The walk to Cala Deia is easy for most able bodied of all ages through lemon and olive groves less than 1/2 hr down hill. Breakfast buffet was amazing and I just wish we had bigger appetites to make the most of the ample spread. Cava on Sunday brunch was a nice treat for many. I took one Trip Advisor’s review suggestion and requested a 5th floor room which was super convenient for coming back and forth from the pool and our room’s balcony had a bit of a sea view and view of the amazing gardens. Special thanks for the birthday dessert for my daughter! So kind and thoughtful. Would happily come again.

We have been visiting Deia for 20 years and are sorry that we have not tried this hotel before - as it is a hidden gem. Stylish and spaciously laid out with quality fittings and furniture as well as lovely, unpretentious staff , we were impressed with all aspects from the from the friendly check in, spacious comfortable bedroom, large lounge, warm pool, delicious looking pool snacks as well as lavish breakfast buffet. Ample parking was provided with well kept gardens and a pretty entrance. Lifts and stairs to bedrooms that were well laid out around wide/spacious corridors and small seating areas en route to bedrooms. Air conditioned rooms with comfortable furnishings and beds, large new bathrooms with enormous showers and food quality towels, robes and hand/body washes Room service food was exceptional and professionally served and quickly cleared. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and included cereals, juices, cold meats, cheeses, pastries, jams and fruits as well as hot buffet of bacon, sausages etc, a chef served fresh poached eggs and omelettes to order, plus lovely porridge and a vast array of breads. We had a look at the history of the hotel and note that it has been open for 60 years. It is clear that the owners have reinvested substantially over time to keep the place so pristine, clean and stylish. Exceptional management was clearly evident in all aspects and the staff attitudes clearly reflected this. Every single person we encountered was pleasant and polite as well as hard working. We have a house in the SW but we will certainly stay at this hotel again when we next visit Deia and hope to try the restaurant in the evenings.

Deia has been on my bucket list for a while and it did not disappoint. The hotels location is amazing, views are just beautiful from every terrace. The location is also good and walking distance to restaurants in Deia. We had an amazing time and cannot wait to return in May.

Just wanted to say we had an amazing holiday with you last week ! The hotel and all the staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The trip to the private cove was an amazing experience! Thank you again we can’t wait to return.

Gorgeous hotel, delicious food and fabulous pool area. Hotels amazing sea bar and sunbathing terrace a few minutes away by car. A short walk in to the town along a pathway where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.

The hotel was a perfect place for our holiday in Deia. A short walk into the village and away from the crowds. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and with a lovely pool. The hotel was well appointed and the staff were very good.

The best thing about this hotel is the views. The food is average , the rooms are average, the service is average. The pool area needs a deep clean espcially the cushions on the loungers , they are permanently left out and are all showing signs of mould and are quite dirty, the picture is of a cloth used to wipe over a lounger cushion. The pool is chlorinated. The pool area/restaurant smelled strongly of cats. I ate in the pool restaurant once and found the service and food both in need of some attention, I did not return. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family.
