Nice clean and spacioua. Lots of place to eat near btly. Close from centeal market and beaches. Has heated pool nintendo switch and kids cafe. Nice for families.

The service of the hotel is very good. Although it is not big, it is enough for two people. It has everything you need and you can store your luggage. There is a GS25 downstairs which is very convenient. It is not far from the bus station and Daiso and Emart are nearby.

It was a nice hotel, close enough to a lot of recreational activities but far away enough to be quiet. Breakfast buffet was good and affordable. Convenience was attached to the building so you have everything you need. 😊

It's a bit disappointing that there are no amenities because it's a Vinice Hotel. I bought some delicious food at the central market with a friend. I had dinner at the hotel, took a walk to digest it, and returned to the hotel. There was a rooftop on the 28th floor of the elevator, so I went up to see it, but the door was locked, so I couldn't see it and came down. It's a pity. The staff was friendly, and there was a temperature controller in the room, so it was warm, and the bed and blanket felt good. It would have been nice if there were skin, lotion, soap, or foam cleansing products.

The facilities are clean and the view is so good! I'll use it again next time!

The good part is that the rooms, albeit small, are very well designed, look great, and have new quality fixtures in the living space and bathroom. The not so good part is that there is no sound proofing and insulation leaves to be desired, as there was strong condensation on the inside of the windows. Also, this is not a hotel - rather a furnished residence. So the cleaning quality, even between renters, is not great. There was hair everywhere, including in the towels, when we were there. There is no staff on site, except for one superintendent, so any changes to your booking must be handled through the travel website, where you originally made it. You cannot do anything directly at the front desk, because there is none. Overall, not a bad option, if you are ok with above deficiencies.

The amount I paid for our three days staying at the hotel paid off. Its cleanness and amenities were excellent, its location to the nearby restaurant was very convenient. The ocean view was phenomenal. Parking guide was there 24/7 and I liked it very much. The front desk girls were very nice and polite. I strongly recommend this place to anyone. Five stars rated plus

After comparing all other booking channels, I booked through Trip.com because it was the cheapest. I was satisfied with the price. I heard that it hasn't received any star ratings yet, but it seems to be at least 4 stars. The ocean view is wide enough for a deluxe king, and the jacuzzi is especially big enough for two people. The ocean is not visible at night, but you can enjoy it very leisurely during the day. If you want to enjoy the ocean view, check in early and enjoy it on the sofa until the sun sets!! Very satisfied.

Resort is constructed to offer panoramic vistas to guests directly from their room window & balcony. - Resort has everything needed for a familiy retreat. They have a large indoor water park(Sokcho Water Park), 5+ restaurants including one that you can do K-BBQ(Natural Soul Kitchen), large and fun kid’s cafe (Lala Kids Adventure), direct access to East Sea coast and the best Korean seafood shops are within uber delivery distance. They even have a mini golf place. - Lotte Resort Sokcho also offers various family oriented programs that I recommend you check out. We chartered a catamaran yatch and cruised the East Sea, went to a local strawberry farm and harvested a couple baskets, tried Lotte’s cookie house making program which are all available through the resort. WHEN: May 2023 WHO: Family of 3, including a 17 month old daughter WHAT ROOM: Character Suite Room We visited the Lotte Resort Sokcho as a family retreat in May with our 17 month old daughter. The Resort was our top choice because it had all the facilities that one would want one visiting a beach coast resort, and at the same time very family friendly as they provided baby amenities such as baby food, bed, moisturizer etc. We stayed at the Character Suite room, which is a spacious room that features a Lotte themed slide, hide&seek spots and children’s restroom. Our daughter had so much fun in the room - she rode the slide a gazillion times and played hide and seek with us. My wife liked the fact that the room had a good combination of contemporary designs and playful childrens’ furniture, all with safety in mind. Stay at the Lotte Resort was also memorable as we took advantage of the many facilities. On the first day, we went to the indoor Water Park which offered wave riding, a large lazy river, water slides of all sizes and a jacuzzi for relaxing. We headed to the BBQ restaurant (Natural Soul Kitchen) at dinner to charge up and had some fun cooking lobster, beef, pork and lamb racks. The restaurant also offered many Korean dishes that goes well with the BBQ we had ample choice. After a good rest in our beach view room, we headed up to R.9PUP, a pub on the 9th floor as the name suggests. The pub offers a wide range of Korean local brewery at a scenic view of the coastal beach. It was even better as the pub had a family friendly atmosphere where the young ones are invited to play the dart and chill on the bean bags on the terrace. All in all, this is a great one-stop resort that offers great view, nature, variety of dining options, all at the same time running large scale facilities such as the Sokcho Water Park. I made a cheap reservation on a weekday. All the progress is communicated through KakaoTalk. I used the navigation and went, but the building was not Urban Stay. When I went around and came back, it was a hotel with several companies in one building. Since it was a weekday, there was plenty of parking, so I paid 7,000 won per day and parked my car in the SUV parking lot on the first basement floor. I had some time left when I checked in at 4 o'clock, so I went to a cafe to see the beach right in front of the hotel and had a cup of coffee. I entered the password I received via KakaoTalk with 2 minutes left and the door opened. It was a room with half a city view and half a sea view. I made a random reservation, but I guess there was plenty of space because it was a weekday. The size was okay for one person or two people. The bathroom had a shower without a bathtub. There was no bidet. There was a washing machine and dryer, so I put socks and underwear in them and used them. It dried well, which was nice. The air conditioner was cool and nice, but I turned it on because it was a ventilation system and it was noisy all night. I found out the cause of the noise in the morning, but it seems better to turn off the ventilator and sleep. There is a pojangmacha street nearby, so I had a drink and came back. I woke up in the morning and boiled water on the induction stove provided and had ramen to relieve my hangover. However, I had to wash the dishes myself, so I cleaned them with the provided dishtowel and sponge and put them back in their original place. There is a capsule coffee machine, so I made a drink and drank it in the smoking area in front of the hotel. They do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste, so I bought them at the convenience store on the first floor. They provide one pair of slippers. I checked out around 10 and drove out. Excellent value for money (I guess because it is a weekday....) The beach is close, the pojangmacha street is close, and I don't have to meet the staff..... I think the room is clean enough.
