The business was so good that I was asked to check out at 10 a.m. This year, Tokyo is hot and I can still play in the water in mid-September. The children had fun eating and the older friends enjoyed a hot spring bath overlooking Tokyo Bay.

Beautifully appointed room; the bed was supremely comfortable - and I’m picky! Spotlessly clean throughout the facility including the spa, which made me confident proper measures had been taken to sanitize as well. Staff at front desk and Sakura buffet were more polite than welcoming.

The view from our room on the 10th floor was amazing, and when we opened the shoji screen we could see Mt. Fuji, which was an emotional experience. Many of the staff were beautiful, some good-looking, and the way they treated customers was unlike anything I've ever experienced before, which I was very happy with. Thank you very much.

The cleaning was not thorough. There was a mask left by the previous guest. Also, only the male locker key was given. We came as a couple, so they should have given us one for the male and one for the female. I've used it a few times, but this time I was disappointed. I don't think I'll use it again.

The food at the buffet was very good. There were many different facilities, which was fun, but many of them were old and dirty. The hoses for washing the body were covered in mold and black, and the levers were broken, which were disappointing. There were so many facilities that it was hard to get everything, but even with that, it was still worth going. The kids were delighted. The fireworks were also great.

Good points Buffet - Lots of variety and all-you-can-drink alcohol! My dad was happy. My son, who is a picky eater, had a lot of food and ate a lot, which was unusual. Open-air bath - The stars were beautiful at night and the planes were flying, which was beautiful. Fireworks - It was a short time, but it was great because they were launched right in front of the room. My 3-year-old son hadn't seen fireworks because of the COVID-19 pandemic, so he was very happy to see them up close for the first time. Concerns Festival Land - It was disappointing. Maybe I expected too much! lol Golden bath - There were a lot of strange things floating around, like hair, and it was disgusting. I wish they had a washbasin or something so we could remove the hair. Overall, it was very relaxing, and even if you have small children, you can relax without worrying, so it's a great hotel for families. I want to go again!
