酒店在當地數一數二。位置好，對面就是大運河。安靜，客房設施不錯，服務超級好。餐食也很好，特別擺放了泗陽當地的特色，新袁羊肉，驃雞，八集花生。
吐槽三點。1，空調製冷太強勁。設定25度，晚上開小風製冷，早上温度就到21度了。一整夜關掉空調，温度一直就保持在25。
2，洗漱用熱水一直不燙，空調太冷凍得有點感冒症狀，想放一缸熱水泡泡，放了半小時水不燙，就衹能想想了。水温衹能勉強淋浴了。
3，酒店泳池太小了。衹有10X25，而且小朋友太多了。

6月19日晚7：08左右到達2樓服務枱，我拖着行李箱，老婆揹着包牽着孩子，一家3口都走到服務枱跟前了（離服務枱約20公分），服務枱裏一男一女兩個服務人員看着我們好像沒看到一樣，還是我們主動問好並辦理入住手續。這是待客之道嗎？酒店管理水平就這樣？是不是該換個酒店管理（經理）？下面説一下設施：辦公椅輪子全沒了，還得手動搬動座椅；浴缸排水旋鈕損壞；無論是浴缸的熱水還是淋浴噴頭的熱水流的太慢太慢，一邊放熱水一邊就冷了，泡的是冷水澡；浴室玻璃窗的窗簾好像也是壞的。上門送拖鞋浴巾的大媽哭喪着臉，一言不發好像我欠她什麼。20日早晨送早餐上門需收費10元應該提前告知顧客，20日早晨的前台和餐廳服務人員還是很到位的，尤其表揚雅婷很負責很認真。
