I made accommodation on 18.01.2020 / 19.01.2020. The employees are very friendly and caring. I had booked a standard room and was given a suite. Thank you for that. If I make an evaluation over the suit room, The air conditioner did not heat too much, a problem caused by the central system. I asked for help on the topic, they were immediately interested, but began to heat in the morning. I got a little cold at night. There was a kitchenette, but there were no kitchen needs. Room service works fast. There is a jacuzzi, but I couldn't fill it and use it because there is no tub stopper. The shower head was faulty and water was flowing little. Bed comfort is good, room cleaning is in good condition. These are general problems, but I left satisfied. Location is close to everywhere. A hotel where I can stay again.

The hotel is great in location, cleanliness, but I had an incident where the room cleaner stole a fine sunglass from the room, where we discovered that after room service (the glasses was old and we didn't give that attention and we don’t want to ruin our enjoyable trip to Turkey). I sent a private complaint email to the hotel reservation after I left the hotel as I didn't want to raise the issue at checkout, just wanted to highlight this issue to hotel management to avoid such indecent in the future with other guests. But unfortunately I didn't get any reply on my email, which I coincide unprofessional from a reputed name like the Westin, that’s why I mentioned it on this website.

Unfortunately, during our stay at this hotel from 21 to 28 may 2022, a pair of shoes we had bought were stolen from us, and although the hotel's security cameras were checked and it was found that the fog had been stolen, they did not accept the hotel's security manager ! We were easily robbed in a five-star hotel chain , I attached a photo of the shoe bags on the day we bought it and went to the room .

I had a very bad allergy due to the lack of cleaning in the rooms. I was there to rest from a surgery. I struggled with the allergy for 5 days than they changed my room but it was dirty and the allergy went on. I see with my eyes that the cleaning woman did the cleaning in just 5 minutes for room. Literally 5 minutes. I was forced to change hotel.The day I left the guy at the reception was very kind and told me to came back the following day to have my money back. I did it paying my taxi and using my time. When I was there they told me that I have to write to booking.com. I did it and they told me they will not refound anything, not only the 5 day that I was there but also the remaining 7 days that I didn't use. They also told booking.com some lies like they have told me to speak to then manager which is not true. They told me they will refound me and to come back the following day and then denied what they had said. They also told to booking.com that I had no problems with my health for 5 days which is not true. From the first day I had this terribile allergy and struggled with it 5 days till I was forced to move away, if I didn't want to die.. instead of being sorry and mortified they took my money. All the money. Not just the money of the 5 days in which I was at the hotel but also the remaining 7 days in which I was forced to move away. And they lied to booking.com. Stay away from this hotel. Dirty room, awful breakfast and thiefs.
