Back for the second year. Very kind and super helpful staff also in meeting every need: small children, dogs, food, timetables. Excellent dinners and breakfasts and good cleaning. The location is also nice, close enough to San Martino and Fiera di Primiero. It has various walks in the surroundings without the need to take the car. Big and beautiful valley in front of the hotel. It will certainly be our place for next year as well for both winter and summer.

The Giasenei chalet was a nice surprise, far beyond expectations. Clean, warm and welcoming hotel dominated by the wood of new and fragrant furnishings. Excellent cuisine for both breakfast and dinner with excellent service from the girls in the dining room. But the icing is the SPA, small but done in private, so no chaos, truly excellent service. To go back both in summer and winter, you can walk up and down a valley with little traffic, therefore total relaxation to recharge your batteries. Thanks to all the hotel staff.

Also die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich wunderschön - und die Zimmer sind auch sehr sauber und ordentlich . . . Aber . . . In unserem Zimmer gab es z. B. Kein Fenster. Lediglich eine schmale Tür führt auf den sehr kleinen und unmöblierten Balkon. Die Aussicht von dort natürlich phantastisch - so wie auf den Bildern. Das Badezimmer hatte auch nur eine sehr kleine Dusche - beim duschen / waschen bin ich andauernd mit dem Arm an den Hebel des Wasserhahn gekommen, und so die Wassertemperatur verstellt. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr hellhörig - Mann hört abends die Gespräche vom Nachbarzimmer - und der Kühlschrank hat auch nicht richtig funktioniert. Zum Frühstück gab es für jeden nur ein Brötchen ansonsten nur Kuchen oder Toast. Eier gab es nur hartgekocht - und die nur kalt auch vom Vortag aus dem Kühlschrank. Obwohl- Crepes gab es auch und eigentlich währe es doch so einfach die Gäste zu fragen was für ein Frühstücksei sie wollen - der Koch ist ja eh da . Das Abendessen erinnert mehr an Kantine als an Restaurant. Wollte zum Abendessen auch mal Apfelschorle trinken - hatten aber kein Apfelsaft 🤷♂️ Und das Personal sprach fast nur italienisch. Englische Verständigung war nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich.

Ottima struttura, pulita, carina negli arredi, personale simpatico e disponibile. Camere spaziose e locali ad uso comune molto armoniose. Dotata anche di una spa della quale però non ho usufruito. Dista da Primiero e San Martino di Castrozza pochi km ma un tempo di percorrenza importante visto le curve.

Purtroppo abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma ritorneremo perché è stato tutto perfetto! Chalet immerso in un posto meraviglioso a 10 minuti dai posti più frequentati colazione ottima camere e bagno puliti e di buone dimensioni io avevo anche il cagnolino che è stato bene accolto . La ragazza alla reception gentile e sempre sorridente. Lo consiglio.

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia per staccare dalla routine quotidiana. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, fin da subito ci siamo come in famiglia. Posizione e parcheggio comodissimi dietro e davanti alla struttura. camera e bagno dotati di tutti i confort,pulizia eccellente! La struttura dispone di spa, salottino relax/lettura, stanza giochi per i più piccoli e una palestra che abbiamo usato molto volentieri. Colazione a buffet abbondantissima. cena favolosa con piatti tipici del posto, inoltre ho potuto mantenere anche il mio particolare regime alimentare (per allergie, intolleranze…) grazie al personale gentilissimo che si è adoperato per soddisfare le mie richieste. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con la nostra auto e prontamente siamo stati aiutati. Ci ritorneremo molto presto
