Breakfast was good, reception staff also helpful

The location was great for the price and it was clean. It was a little noisy because it was on the main street, but I was satisfied.

Great location, tourist coverage of the entire center even without taking the metro. The breakfast is sufficient both in quantity and quality, you can eat enough, good coffee and delicious natural fruit juice. Clean, tidy, minimalist and practical. I recommend it for short and long term.

Avevo dubbi all'atto della prenotazione per il prezzo "conveniente" rispetto i concorrenti e per le recensioni poco positive. Sintesi: hotel rimodernato, pulito, staff molto gentile, camera singola con letto una piazza e mezza, bagno pulitissimo (probabilmente appena ristrutturato) con doccia con soffione quadrato con gettito perfetto, parquet e pulizia ineccepibile, tv schermo piatto nuovissima . Sinceramente non capisco perché due stelle.. questi benefici e servizi e qeasta qualità l'ho trovata sicuramente nei tre stelle ed in alcuni casi nei quattro stelle.

Small. Mold in shower. Walkable to everything

They gave us a bed that they said was a double but it was small, the last night we had to call the reception because there was a fight in the next room that scared us and they told us that they already knew about it and it took them a while to stop the shouting. Near the center

Room clean , good breakfast , ok location close to downtown but if you are coming from the train station one stree is a whole different world , too dirty unsafe full of homeless makes u feel in the worts getto, when I asked for directions to the hotel all they said was take the train to the station and we are close to it , ( not all tourist have phone service at that country , at every property I va stayed they provide a detailed and easy orientation for arrival , so we got lost for ten minutes turning and turning and turning all around the station on that terrible area just because it was hard to provide a simple instruction of “ take this exit of the train , walk one block to your right another block to specific street and u ll find it on the left ) as simple and as close as that we got really lost trying to look for it at a very unsafe area , on the other hand it was terribly noisy on the stree ambulances , fire trucks motorcycles buses people meeting outside locals all very very noisy ….

It can be better equiped.

Great location, close to metro and public transport, bus station Flixbus. Not far from city center of Brussels. Room was not perfectly clean. Staff is very friendly, my stay here was very nice.

Let me put it like this. If you had been camping in a two-man tent, and came into this hotel room. It's as spacious as. Otherwise it is so tiny and pokey. Just no room to move around much. I was by myself, if you had a partner, no way could do it. If you are a larger person, you would have major difficulty using the toilet and the shower. There are no tea/coffee making facilities, plastic cups. As I am a back packer type of traveller, and only use the room to store my things and have sleep and shower, it was fine. One the plus side, the front desk staff are courteous and friendly and helpful, cannot be faulted. The breakfast is ok, overpriced for what ya have, but the food is healthy.

The single room was small, and the large suitcase could only be opened on the bed. The shower handle was also difficult to turn. There was a lot of noise from the hallway, the doors of other rooms opening and closing, and the noise from the next room. The hotel was cleaned properly, and the front desk staff were friendly and polite, which I liked. The area around the hotel was a little noisy. The area around Brussels-Nord Station seems to be unsafe. The subway, tram station, and bus stop are nearby, so it's well connected. There is a shopping street leading to the center of Brussels, and there are many people around. It's convenient because it's less than 20 minutes walk to the tourist spots in the center of Brussels. If you don't mind the small size of the room and the noise, it's fine. The price may be high considering the small size of the room. However, hotel prices will go up if you go towards the center of Brussels, so it depends on your budget.
