Breakfast without many options, broad, has not at least one mine cheese and pet cheese, smaller TV of all and bad sound and image brand, internet with absurd channel economy, they placed me in a disabled room being that I am not, room 307 or 301 I don't remember well, bathroom has no box, flood the room because the ralo does not include the qtd of water. The bathroom joke is not talking, the cheapest you have found, has no room for a bank or to put the guest's personal hygiene items, no guard or hairdresser, sleeping the cheapest, almost a bed on the floor counting only with little, no head, no hair dryer, I wet bath post, towel, the attendant says if I wanted I had to go down to pick up because he didn't take it. Open public parking, without anyone to receive and have a minimum security sense in the entrance of the hotel, saved in everything, not worth almost R$350 daily! There are much higher options in this value, the luck of you that who made the reservation was not me, it was the agency that doesn't know them, Ucaially the best hotel in Sinop and at a lower price than you charge!

We have had a lamentable experience with the service of this hotel, the team is scaryly mal trained and has made very serious mistakes. We check-in on Friday night, always keeping in contact with the hotel to inform about the time of arrival (although not necessary, we take care of that) and, The hotel was in the wrong room and the room had no helping bed for my son. The receptionist could not calculate the number of days when check-out, which usually starts at 14:00 and ends at 12:00 the next day. I was charged indebtedly and needed to return to request returns from the indebted value. In addition to disorders, contacts with the reception were very difficult and disgusting. In short, accommodation is good, but the service can completely destroy the experience. I do not recommend for stay over a quick night - remember to take savon, shampoo and even towels yourself, for precaution.
