Booked through via mmt, it's not recommended to stay, very bad is we took 2 rooms but these rooms doesn't have door lock so we cannot lock the room. No hospitality

Worst experience. Rooms are just 4walls. No other facilities. No one there for your request. If no option left then book this hotel. Rooms are not even fully ready for guest.

Rooms were well maintained and clean. No room service was available, and the ambience was a bit lackluster. Still a 4/5 hotel, okay for a quick night stay.

We reached hotel at around 7:30 pm, however we ended up waiting for around half an hour in lobby, as the room was not ready and was under cleaning room. Further when we entered the room we realised that light in bathroom is not working, so we had to call electrician of the hotel to repair. Tv was placed but set-top box was not given in the room. Room had one ac installed but remote control for ac was not provided. Main door lock was totally broken, we had no choice than to stay put inside the room. Room and bathroom were stinking. Cupboard was totally messy and unclean with full of dust and broken door hardwares. Breakfast was pathetic, the butter served was smelling of molten plastic and i think it was almost poisonous. This has not only spoiled the trip but had made a worst impact on our travel-ling plans.

Even after booking( payment in advance totally, there was no response on telephone call, even after trying numeroiusly. Exact location od address not mentioned & wanted to confirm telephonic-ally & no response.

Totally a waste of money no one is taking the responsibility for support and room service. Tv and telephone is not working even though i tried to inform now. One is lifting my calls. Also basic need also not available for water heaters for baath aswel drininkng.
