Price is cheap, so do not expect much of the amenities and place, but nevertheless Staff are accommodating and friendly.

Amazing location within a tourist hot spot (Chinatown) and really close to Marina Bay.

Place was convenient but a little dirty. Considering it was fairly cheap, can't complain

Honestly last night is not so good coz unable to get room on 3rd floor but only on 2nd floor, n the bed is just next to window without noise isolation, whole night in the middle is being annoyed by a noisy constriction work sound outside

Soundproofing is poor, couldn't sleep as the guest opposite kept going in and out the room. Other guest using the toilet the sound can also be heard. Room cleanliness is bad too, cob web near the door

Other than the location (right in the heart of Chinatown) the hotel is totally not worth its expensive price. I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay & the first room had bunk beds, it was horribly small that i felt like I was in a jail cell. Can't sit anywhere other than on the bed. The room is on the **d floor & it was super noisy from the music blasting from the vendors on the street. Impossible to get any rest. The 2nd room was an improvement being a windowless room & double bed, but still it has no where to sit other than on the bed. FYI both rooms wifi signal were terrible & TV never worked. No use informing the staffs because there's nothing they can do to help. On another note the front desk staff call Steve was very helpful & is a nice guy. You'll also need to have S$100 in cash ready for deposit upon check in.

If you have a heavy luggage please be mentally prepared to move up the flight of staircase before reaching the reception. After the reception there is escalator but still have a few steps to go manually. The toilet uses glass containers for shower gel and shampoo. When 1 of the containers dropped. There were glass fragments which is too dangerous to bathe as we are bare footed. Informed the reception but the fragments was still there

Stay is mediocre, service is lacklustre and the cleanliness is not as bad as the other reviews. Location is good right smack in the middle of Chinatown but no idea why the back door is locked most of the time. Front office service could have been better.

Everything is great except for the facilities and amenities in room.

I was mention a request with clean and no smoking but my room got smell of smoking all the stuff in that room smell with smoke.

Hotel location is at the heart of chinatown, accessible to food, grocery, laundry service, train which is the hotels main best asset, however the room is too small almost no space to move, no space to store luggages.. it feels so crowded even its just the 3 of us. The air-conditioning is almost not working, complained to staff but still the same.. it's not cool enough to make your sleep comfortable at night time.

Sashi was beyond excellent, providing impeccable service throughout. From the moment I checked in, he was attentive, helpful and go the extra mile to assist me since I am a solo traveller, checking into the hotel for the first time. While the hotel was not a 5-star hotel, the service rendered by Sashi is 6 star. Strongly recommended!. On a separate note, pls manage your expectation regarding the room. I have booked a single bed, so a normal single bed without anything fancy was provided. So it was definitely fine for me, given the price and excellent service!!!

Location is convenient as the Chinatown MRT station is nearby. Cleaning service is by notifying the front desk. Nigh time activities abound with a lot of tourist. Price for this hotel is reasonable compared to other options. Walking to client's offices is a 15 to 20 minutes stroll but be prepared for the humidity & heat. Can be noisy from drunkard visitors in the area at night. Room space is tight and you only go back to shower and sleep

The location is in the center of the crowd. Close to and everywhere, especially food centers.
