衞生實在令人堪憂，浴室置物架還有半根前房客剩下的煙，跟前台反饋説抱歉，可以換一個房間，當時已經凌晨一點多，忙了一天行李又多，換房間多麻煩，又是剛洗了澡穿着睡衣，第二天退房再次跟前台強調一下衞生，目的其實衹是告知酒店，注意衞生，但是前台很冷漠，沒有任何回答，沒有任何錶情，經常到思南出差，表示下次不會再入住這個酒店

晚上9點過到的，拿到房間門卡專門問了一下有沒有窗户，説有，因為是晚上也沒發現，第二白天發現窗户對着一堵牆，換了房間，增加了麻煩，早餐一般，換房時服務員態度不錯。
