We enjoyed our stay, their is a bit of a lack of nearby places of interest but the hotel itself satisfied our needs!

The rooms are luxurious, and the swimming pool, located within the villa area, is spacious and the water is clean. However, for even more breathtaking views of the sea and city, you can visit the rooftop sky bar pool. Additionally, the staff is always friendly whenever I interact with them. Oh, and there's also ample parking available.

The hotel Sea Breeze Hotel & Villa has good accommodation, good service, comfortable rooms, two large swimming pools, meeting rooms on the eighth floor and Sky bar on the ninth floor. Feeling refreshed, safe, comfortable, less ****y, more opportunities later, my family will come and stay here again.

Our family stayed in two villas by the pool. The view from our room was very tranquil and we enjoyed the sounds of the birds in the morning. Our room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had many options, both Western and Khmer. That staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel special. We would definitely stay here again.

Pros new hotel large rooms very comfortable beds and nice linens good stocked mini fridge two pools one with kids roof top with a view. Staff very friendly and helpful manager was excellent! Location is across the street from the local beach not much to do or see if you are a tourist or eat but that is standard for this hole city: town. Breakfast was standard but room service food pizza was a no. Fried rice was good.
Con’s bathroom is not vented probably when built so methane smell have to keep the bathroom door closed and hot water took a while to filter through cleaning of bathroom still had black hair behind the door.

This is a beautiful hotel minutes away from downtown located close to the beach. The ocean waters here are warm and crystal clear!!! The hotel is beautiful and the staff was always eager to help. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The sky bar is awesome with a pool located on one side and a garden area on the other. I highly recommend this hotel!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!!!!

The staff is helpful and courteous. Got switched to a villa room near my family. It was about 5 minute walk from the beach. Beautiful building and pool to play in. The only downside I saw was that my room had some spots on the ceiling. I don’t know if it was mold or what.

Hotel will be lovely when it is finished! We were the only guests! A make shift lobby had been made up on a room's balcony as the main lobby was still under construction as was the main building of the hotel. We had a bungalow type room which was extremely nice albeit not entirely finished (no hooks to hang towels, safety deposit box was loose in the wardrobe) but very comfortable and all with modern amenities. Very nicely finished and had a balcony. Bearing in mind we were the only guests it would have been nice to be given a room facing the huge and very lovely swimming pool (which we had use for ourselves) rather than a room close by to the main road facing a wall. No breakfast or drink facilities anywhere since the hotel was still under construction. As breakfast was included, we were sent every morning to their sister's 3 star hotel across the road where we were given a 3 star breakfast which didn't match what we would expect in a 4 star hotel. Hotel I guess will be finished for the summer and will certainly be nice then but in my opinion *********** should not have listed it open for guests.
