This was a place to stay. Period. Nothing more. Wi-Fi did not work. The overhead shower is broken and did not work. Pieces of the bathroom door fell off. There was no hot/warm water for 36 hours. No shelf/hook/anything to place your toiletries on. Perhaps I should have communicated with management? Oh, that’s right! I tried 3x. No response in 4 days time.

Unfortunately I booked/stayed 4 nights for Palio. WiFi 50% of the time at best. Third day there was no hot/warm water. The overhead shower fixture was broken and didn’t work. Pieces of a door fell off. There was no where to place/hang your toiletries. Perhaps I should have contacted management. Oh, that’s right, I did. 3x. Never a response. Price isn’t everything my friends. Spend a little more. I learned my lesson.

The rooms were very clean. The owner is nice and attentive. Furthermore, is very close to the center of the town.

Unfortunately no breakfast. Partly unmanned otherwise quite ok. If you come by train, there are escalators all the way up to the street where the hotel is located.

Nice welcome but the 2 bedrooms were not comfortable and without air conditioning, it was very difficult to sleep there. A ceiling fan and a foot fan didn't help as they were too noisy.
No breakfast, city center not very far on foot, but the restaurant we were advised was not good…
Doesn't look like a hotel, more like a residence.
