!!! Find somewhere else. We visit for Khmer new years. We booked 2 weeks ahead and paid via booking app. There is no room, the staff doesn't know what they are doing, the booking is mixing up, the GM is nowhere to be found. The never used hotel building were open but us and other guests have to wait for hours for room to be cleaned. Some guests were given the room that is already occupied by other guests. The breakfast is the worst.

Sort of sub-par actually, unusual because I've stayed here before & it's normally great. But the price has gone up & there was no hot water. It seems silly to offer a bathtub that can't hold water or can't be filled with hot water. But the pool is still nice and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

The room was okay, nothing wrong with it. It’s just that the managers love to dream about getting rich: They always dream about getting rich - I smoked a cigarette outdoors and didn’t see a trash can or ashtray. Well, if you are looking for a 5 stars experience…. FORGET THIS PLACE. Arriving at 22:00.. the hotel reception was closed. We call and they send us to a provisional reception beside swimming pool. The room was not the one chosen. Humidity inside very high. Tv, safe box not working. And no services. No swimming pool, bars closed, no dinner and the breakfast was a Joke. Just 7 local dishes. See the picture. It seems that the hotel is partially closed with just 20 customers. And they had reduced all services. But nobody told us and we still paying for 5 stars hotel.

This hotel was the favourite of all the hotels we stayed in in Vietnam and Cambodia. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are really lovely and they were very clean and the meals were very good. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and when we sat in the huge lobby a staff member would immediately bring a cooling fan over to us. There was always a small fleet of tuk tuks outside the hotel to take you into town as it was too far to walk. If we were to return to Cambodia we would definitely pick this hotel again. Thank you for our wonderful stay and thank you to such a caring, friendly, staff. Akun Tom Tom and Lee Li until next time.

Maybe they're reducing the food because there are no Chinese tourists. I think that most people will only sleep because many people go sightseeing in the daytime, but I think that it will be a good hotel except for the location.

The hotel is really good, super value for money. A waiter will bring a welcome silk scarf to guests upon check-in. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the waiters are extremely polite and will greet you warmly. The room was large and clean. The bathroom is huge.
