每次來順平都入住這家酒店，性價比超高，服務態度好，酒店新，床品、浴品都是星級標配，今天來了客户，還有專門的茶海房，很方便，停車位也多，對面大超市，很愉快的入住！

經常出差，很少評價賓館，也不掙那點分，但這家賓館真心的好，停車、購物都很方便，房間夠大而安靜，乾淨衞生還暖和，熱水秒供，做為東北人開空調吹涼風睡，早上走的急，手錶忘在枕頭邊了，辦完事回去找，前台正在打電話在聯繫我，感覺做的是企業而不是生意，讓人有安全，唯一不足是不像中茂有電梯，權將移步當健身了，再去順平篤定就這家賓館了

新裝修的，乾淨整潔，並沒有裝修後的味道。價格便宜，熱水充足，酒店前有停車的地方，後面小區裏也可以停車。旁邊有個盈福樓，不錯的飯店，強烈推薦他家的羊肉蒸餃和牛肉套皮。

中怡賓館取暖都是地暖，客房裡也有單獨空調特別暖和，環境整潔衞生乾淨，前台姐姐服務態度挺好的

首先説價格，很實惠，屋裡很暖和，熱水也沒問題，wifi速度也很快，美中不足的是，隔音效果欠佳，有一定的提升空間。總體來説這個價位還是很不錯的
